This unique house has a style all its own. Decorated with warm and stylish décor with a beach splash. This home is a newer build, early 2020. It is located in a cozy neighborhood, but yet close to malls, stores, restaurants, etc. We are approximately 20-25 minutes from the beautiful Venice beaches and 10 miles from the Punta Gorda beaches.
