Holiday rentals with a kayak in North Port

We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was perfect for our whole family to spend some quality time together away from everything. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was evident that much thought was put into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need. We loved all of the space, and the game room downstairs was amazing! The beach is a short walk and easily accessible. Pamela was a great host and had clear communication with us. We hope to return again soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb over Memorial Day weekend! The house was perfect for our large family — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With four bedrooms and a fun game room (complete with a cozy little couch to hang out on), there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a great getaway spot!

Richard's 40ft travel trailer was on a small lot next to his house. It's a private well maintained setting with a hot tub, lounging chairs & a covered seating area. Bar-B-Que, kayaks and beach chairs for a short dtive to the beach. The interior of the trailer is very clean and well maintained with a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom has adequate closet and a lot of cupboards.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as expected with location, photos/descriptions, and accommodations. Our weather was not ideal and the hosts went above and beyond to give ideas/recommendations for family friendly, crappy weather activities. Our son came down with a nasty double ear infection and I felt comfortable enough asking them for urgent care recommendations and they delivered, quickly and seamlessly. We all felt at home and all expectations were met above and beyond. Awesome house, amazing hosts, quiet and friendly neighborhood, all 5 stars!!

This is our 4th stay at the Blue Turtle. Tony is always responsive, very helpful, and proactive. We already have our next stay booked. The house is beautiful and we feel at home every time we stay here. The home is well equipped, the beds are comfy, it is peaceful and the neighborhood is beautiful.

This place is amazing!!! Jay (the host) was super responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous with all of the amenities you could want including kayaks, fishing poles (there's a lake in your backyard), towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The house is in a gated community with a beautiful zero entry infinity pool (heated) that my boys really enjoyed. There's 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for a large family. I really can't say enough about this house. We will be back next year!

Very pleasant and peaceful property. I loved the place. very comfortable beds ,linens, and pillows. I used a kayak and the firepit every day I was there. Very close to the Peace river and tours. Definitely would recommend to friends and I'll be back.

Amy is a terrific host and always on hand with local suggestions, additionally to the comprehensive package at the property. The property itself is in an amazing location, with just a 60 second walk to the beach and bath like sea! To help, Amy provides all the kit needed for the beach with chairs, parasols and towels easily to hand. The kitchen is great with all cooking implements you need and the living room has a massive TV with all the required streaming services logged in. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host!

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. Thank you & we will be back!

Mike and Patty were amazing! The condo is beautiful and close to the beach the bay restaurants, but not on a busy road. they have a ton of gear for whatever your needs. The Wi-Fi went out while we were out for the day. I didn’t have my phone handy to respond on the app however, they called for permission to fix the Wi-Fi during our stay (very appreciated that they called and made sure the Wi-Fi was working). Will definitely save their place for future trips!

Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb is a gem, located just 8 minutes away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable – it was super duper clean and well-maintained. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and even beach gear, they've got it all covered. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, TV was easy to manage. The AC system kept the units nice and cool. Amenities was accessible and plenty for all units to use. We were there just for the weekend but we were able to enjoy the porch, beach chairs, hats, bikes, outside shower, beautiful sunset. The Sand Bar was also a great place to have a meal and drinks. Thank you for a great stay.

Place was very nice and clean. orderly, professional, and accommodating. Amy made sure your stay was great all around and the communication was outstanding. very responsive. would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Awesome experience.

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️
