Holiday rentals with lake access in North Port

Great place to stay with an even better host! Double checked that this is what we wanted for our honeymoon and then supported us by providing local things to do and restaurants. He was very responsive and helpful. We loved the private pool out back and the light in it made for a fun night swim! We did most of our activities in Sarasota, but it was an easy drive and for the days we stayed at the house, it felt just like home. Had everything we needed for cooking and all the toiletries you could ever need. Even had a nice little grill out by the pool! The garage was nice and included beach chairs, umbrellas, a couple buckets, and a colander for sifting sand. The place was so peaceful and serene, with birds and lizards out by the lake.

Home was just as pictures showed. We love to cook our own meals and kitchen had everything we needed. There were even some spices, coffee filters and a few pantry items. Beds were comfortable. We are picky with our pillows so we did purchase new. The living room seating was a little odd and not sufficient for all in our party to comfortably sit if watching the TV but we spent the majority of our time outside. The outdoor space was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lanai and outdoor dining area. There were pool toys and noodles for our use. The gas grill was an added bonus and we grilled frequently. The park across the street added to our fun and we walked our pup every morning. Saw plenty of Florida wildlife and chatted with many friendly folks. Overall a win for us and would definitely stay again!

This house was gorgeous and perfectly appointed. Dan was extremely responsive and always available for a question. From the giant bass, we caught in the creek behind the house to the gorgeous saltwater pool. The exterior of the house was wonderful. Inside the kitchen had everything you could ever want. I’ve never felt so at home on vacation. The sheets were crisp and the beds were very comfortable. The electronics were easy to use, including the Bluetooth speakers outside. I would absolutely book this house again!

Truly sensational! We were pleasantly surprised with all the high tech gadgets in the home. Fabulous location in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was delightful. Troy was a great host, always responsive and provided some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We truly enjoyed our stay in Punta Gorda!

Mike and Beata are wonderful hosts . They were friendly and quick to answer any questions or needs . You can tell they really care . The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything and more you would need . It is very clean and comfortable . We hope to be back ! It was a lovely and peaceful getaway.

Amazing place. We had wonderful time here, felt like at home. House was very clean. My nephew loved Pokémon game in the living room. A lot of toys for kids. We spent most of the time playing games, fishing and kayaking. Cj is a wonderful host, very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope we will stay here again.

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

Its amazing house with modern interior beautiful pool and lake view. Few gators in the lake. Venice has amazing beaches and restaurants. Im glad to open this city for our family.

I had a great stay. I appreciated the access to the pool which I enjoyed each day.

Just as pictured. It is clean and new. Comfortable beds, wel appointed kitchen and bath. Beautiful beach, pool, and dock space. Loved the lanai and all the fans. We even took advantage of the beach gear. Many pet friendly places are disappointing, but this beautiful unit felt luxurious and our entire family was able to enjoy. We will stay again.

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

Place was exactly as pictured. Enough space for two comfortably. Location was about 25 minutes to beach. Lots of inconsistent check out details. Listing says check out is 12. Email the night before said check out 11. email the day of check out said 10. When I brought it up, they said they would change it. Met property manager for them to give us the key and show us the property. They were nice, suggestions on local activities and restaurants. Not contactless as most are. it's an actual key and not a door code. They came back several minutes later and asked us to turn off the overhead fan. They said the people who live next door could hear it and they needed to sleep longer since they work nights. Happy to turn it off, but it didn't seem that loud to us and made us worry about other noises or the tv. Kind of a damper to start things off. Stay was nice overall, would stay again.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to and to get ahold of. Stores are very close if you need something but you are still out of the busy city traffic. Beautiful beach area, not crowded with people. A lot of shells and shark teeth on both sides of the beach area. One side is calm and the other has waves obviously but if it is too much for kids you can walk to the other side where the outlet/inlet is and it is very calm.

Joni is an incredible host, as is the rest of her family. It is very peaceful. The lake behind the house is the perfect place for coffee. The kitchen was clean and had everything you need - including a key lime pie Joni’s son had made. It was delicious, and so thoughtful! The bed was comfy, as was the futon. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom has everything you need. What I loved most about this stay was how welcome I felt - and safe. You truly are treated like family here. I will definitely return!

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

Very pleasant and peaceful property. I loved the place. very comfortable beds ,linens, and pillows. I used a kayak and the firepit every day I was there. Very close to the Peace river and tours. Definitely would recommend to friends and I'll be back.

House was very cozy comfortable and relaxing , Choose from many beaches around area , would stay there again.
