Beachfront holiday rental in North Rhine-Westphalia

A very modern and well-kept accommodation in a beautiful holiday park. Great for families as the park has a lot to offer for children! The path to the lake is just a stone's throw away and you can walk there for hours. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The private sauna was a beautiful luxury and the highlight of the weekend :-)

The kitchen was super equipped. Changing table, high chair and travel cot were available for the young children. The bunk bed is in the children's room and is less suitable for large adults. However, there are also houses with normal beds instead of the bunk beds, which we did not know before.

The house could be used for another coat of paint. But otherwise everything was great.

Very friendly reception by Achim , who prepared an abundant breakfast in the morning .

Beautiful place on Lake Bigges. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the 2 days:) Our dogs also found it quite nice. Thanks to the team

It's a pleasant apartment. Spacious. except the kitchen, it's really small. But has a mini oven, small microwave, 2-burner hot plate, Senseo and regular coffee maker and an electric kettle. A lot of walking stairs, which is to be expected in this region. A balcony with a nice view. It's not the newest apartment, at the same time it's cozy, warm and cozy. The fireplace is a huge plus.

Great house in a lovely location with good decor. Bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. are not included and must be ordered for a fee via order form via email order form. This is a bit cumbersome. Kitchen equipment is sufficient. In the children's room there are a few toys, Lego, etc., the children were very happy about that. The fitness equipment on the gallery makes the room a little uncomfortable, the treadmill didn't work and couldn't be repaired either. But along the canal it runs nicer anyway:) We felt very comfortable!!

For our purposes - nine friends who wanted to spend a relaxing weekend - perfect, with small sauna and pool right in the house. Everything clean, very comfortable, nice walks possible in the area. I would probably not arrive with my children, the complex is too large for that and did not convince compared to the number of beds vs. size of the swimming pool/spa area/beach.

The cottage and park were very neat and stylish and fully equipped. (we only missed a fly beater) A nice beach, skate track, small pool and indoor playground (for a fee) in the park! Approximately a 30-minute drive to a nice primitive amusement park. The Lidl, Aldi and petrol pump are close by. Furthermore, there is not much to do in the area. The communication/explanation of the activities at the park (and in the leaflets) would also be nice to be able to read in English. All in all a successful vacation with 2 children aged 5 and 6!

Great place to stay with beautiful views of the lake! The park has everything you need: a restaurant, a bar, a cafe, a souvenir shop, a small supermarket, a swimming pool, a spa area - nothing was missing. We will be happy to come back!

The overnight home has everything we needed as a team. The lakeside location is great, the people are nice and we were able to absolutely enjoy our 4 days. We were a group that likes to have some fun. Highly recommended. Communication with the contact person also went great when we were a little too noisy. Everything GREAT!

The view and atmosphere were great – only a few small things like soap at each sink were missing. Tea lights for a cozy atmosphere are certainly not provided for safety reasons, which I would pack myself next time. Except for certain missing details in the amenities, I can't fault anything; we would definitely come back:-)

We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us exactly. The apartment is just as seen in the photos. It has everything you need. Everything was clean and we feel very comfortable. A big plus is the view of the lake that we enjoyed.

Beautiful accommodation in an appealing holiday park. Very modern and everything you need is available - including a Weber gas grill. Very large balcony, absolutely recommended!

Ines is a great person and made us feel welcome from the start. The really beautifully furnished loft (with the most beautiful monstera I've ever seen) is very idyllic. We were completely satisfied!

So we were very satisfied with everything... very friendly reception , already in advance during the phone call with Ms. Streibing, who also carried out our check-in on site, in person than at the front with the check-in machine! Only thing to note, would someone have to do control on the beach in the morning, 4 large dead carp ? Children played with the floor at the spawning. I let you know at the bar, no one felt responsible.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The only drawback was really that the apartment was apparently not cleaned when we arrived. ( crumbs, hair, etc.) After consultation with Angelika, the cleaning company was immediately commissioned by her. An hour later, everything was done to our satisfaction. I'd say - top crisis management. We especially liked the covered courtyard. We had stored our bicycles and bicycle carriers there, dry and safe. Partially covered terrace with lake view and evening sun. Very well-equipped kitchen and great beds/mattresses. The parking garage is quite narrow for today's car dimensions and only has a 1.90m clearance height. You should know this in advance. We liked it and we would love to come back.

Beautiful complex, well maintained and versatile. The houses are also pretty, well furnished and cozy.

Cordula’s place is idyllic. The garden is immaculate and a great setting for morning coffee. The apt was super clean and exactly what we needed for our group of 5. The walks along the Rhine were a great way to start the day. Would not hesitate to book Cordula’s place again.

At first I was a little disappointed, because you can hear the sound of the highway and the trains, in addition only a number of trees separate the terrain from the street, so that in the fall you notice the traffic from there. Unfortunately, you also rely on one vehicle. But.... It got a lot quieter right on the weekend and sitting on the terrace or the jetty and watching nature is just beautiful. You can't help but relax. In summer, the lake invites you to swim and row. And the fence around the grounds is certainly a reassurance for parents. A real paradise for children. The house is very conveniently furnished (only the beds could be renewed) and I have never had such a well-equipped kitchen. Our host was very kind. But the crowning glory was of course the three deer :) Gladly again. P.S. We had a little trouble getting to the house, as the Navis have always misled us, so definitely pay attention to the description and drive into the small path after/before the railway crossing.
