Quiet studio (2 people) with breakfast and rental bike

In a quiet residential street, a beautiful spacious studio on 2 levels with small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WiFi, desk/LAN, sitting area; 2 single beds (possibly another sofa bed in the living/dining room.) We provide breakfast, you take care of the preparation. No TV in the studio. In two minutes walking to the bus stop and from there directly to the city center (about 14 minutes). It's faster by bike, which we will gladly lend you. On foot in about 25 minutes.

Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. At the Merkur Arena with concerts and sport events you arrive on foot in 1.8 km. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

Welcome to the "21st Apartment" in Düsseldorf. This approx. 40 sqm apartment is in a great location, quiet and absolutely central, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Walking through a beautiful park you can reach in 10 minutes the Königsallee, or in the other direction the modern media port. The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars, is right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.
