Awesome stay. We were intrigued by the Yurt concept and thought we'd give it a go. Wow, we were surprised how cozy and comfortable it was. Love having a live fire in the fireplace and it warmed the place very rapidly. Once the fire died the temp was ideal for sleeping. A bit chilly in the AM, but a rejuvenated fire solved that immediately. Super private location with a gate a winding, scenic driveway with lots of space to park vehicles and two trucks pulling bass boats. We will stay here again, for sure. Great job Judith!

Lovely and intimate home, squeaky clean with all the amenities you could need and touch of that rustic charm you go to the Sierras for. The Casita allows for privacy (and keeping snorers apart) while functioning as a nice little hangout and sunroom in its own right. Rebecca is an excellent and responsive host as well - you can trust her recommendations. I went for the peace and quiet and got exactly what I was looking for. Spent a wonderful few days reading and working on crafting hobbies with the music of raindrops and the warmth of the gas stove heater. Being able to see neighboring properties kept it from feeling isolated, while the pitch black nights and silence helped feel remote. I would advise planning your meals and bringing supplies, since weather can make getting into town a bit harder, but if you don't, the Mother Truckers convenience store has everything you could need, from fresh produce to organic ice cream.

Wow! What can my partner and I say about this beautiful space that can be put into words? The intention behind each art piece, the interior design, the books invite you to really delve into yourself that feels freeing. The dome was clean in each room, including the kitchen! We definitely felt right at home coming into the location, inside was even more beautiful than the pictures can capture! Beds were comfortable, so close to the creek and the path and surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous. Dante was super communicative with any updates. We plan to stop again, we only stayed 2 nights and want to come back to fully immerse ourselves to the place fully.
