Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

The peacefulness and space alone, along with the view of the North Sea Canal, gives you the feeling of freedom. And yet, close to the cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar! Inside the house the cozy warm finish, with the luxury of home. in the garden the lovely garden room, with a cozy terrace roof and sleeping accommodation for those who can not go upstairs, there is a bunk bed for 3 guests outside a lovely spacious garden with a playground for the kids! with many farm animals.

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

It is a clean, luxurious and stylishly furnished apartment with a very relaxed vibe. Inside, all areas are air-conditioned. There is secure parking for your car and two moorings for your boat. It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Eat and relax at a stumbling distance at our neighbors of Caatje aan de Lek or brewery Duits & Lauret - both forts of the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (UNESCO heritage) or the Witte Schuur. Enjoy cycling and hiking with fantastic views from Goilberdingerdijk and Diefdijk. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 extra beds on the landing.

A lovely, quiet apartment, close to the beach, train station and city center. The apartment has a balcony where you can wake up perfectly with a cup of coffee or end the day with a glass of wine. The beach is 2 minutes walking distance. Everything is available inside; kitchen, walk-in shower, toilet, coffee, tea, towels, bedding, etc. The station is a 2-minute walk away.
