Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. De vakantiewoning bevindt zich 25 treinminuten vanaf Amsterdam, dichtbij strand en Zaanse Schans, vlakbij kaasstad Alkmaar, dichtbij Schiphol.
