House holiday rentals in North Sea Canal

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We had an excellent stay at Anneke’s place. The place was quite aesthetic as well as so convenient with an amazing garden. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline and the swing in the garden. The location was really apt, we could do day trips to Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

We were there with 6 adults and 3 children over the Pentecost weekend. The area is beautiful, there is a lot to do and a supermarket is also close by. The accommodation was super nice and well equipped, as the weather was a bit mixed, we were very happy to have a nice living room, the hot tub and also the hotel nearby, as you could use a larger pool (indoor), a game room and the other amenities. We would definitely come back!

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

The accommodation has everything you need. Top kitchen. Clean bathrooms. Incredibly spacious (there were four of us). The location is great. Within 30 minutes you have harbor flair, big city (Amsterdam), Zandfoort and Haarlem (you have to see both) and of course the super beach about 500 meters wide. All in the nature reserve of the dunes. All of this can be explored excellently by bike (Komootapp helps a lot) Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are within a maximum of 10 minutes. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a great time in the tastefully furnished accommodation. Everything was very clean and well maintained. In particular, the kitchen equipment was great and we didn't miss anything. We immediately felt very comfortable and the hot tub was the absolute highlight.

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

The house is idyllically located on an island strip and can be reached by boat. Bas introduced us to everything uncomplicated and relaxed and we had a very nice holiday in the house

This house is absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the woods in a beautiful home then this is place. The house had everything we needed and more. A short drive into the town which had great restaurants and grocery stores. Only a 30 minute drive into Amsterdam. Would absolutely stay here again!

I immediately fell in love with the loft. Everything was right, Maaike has an exceptionally good furnishing style, just to fall in love and coordinated in every detail. The loft is huge and plenty of space. Thank you Maaike and Mark for this great opportunity to enjoy my spa vacation in beautiful Holland. Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaanvort by the sea and Alkmaar can be reached in no time by car and train. The weather was also right, so 10 out of 10 points.

It is a lovely place to stay and explore the country, had everything as described. Thoughtful and clean with everything you could need, the host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Small cottage with in a top location. The house was very cozy in the backyard of Ellen. We found everything we needed (spices, oil, tissues, etc.) and even got some fresh eggs. We spend two lovely days here and will come back.

Thomas's place was a warm haven and welcoming home away from home. Everything was organized and put together with intention and care, and very clean. We found every possible appliance and amenity we could wish for. The house feels secluded and private, but not isolated. We loved going on walks in the beautiful woods, right out the backdoor, or at the beach, at just a short drive's distance. Thomas was an excellent and lovely host, who promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, next time. Thank you, Thomas!

We had a wonderful stay while attending a workshop in Haarlem. The place is very nice and modernly furnished, everything was super clean, the garden is fantastically beautiful and communication with Bou was great. We would recommend it to anyone:)

We had a wonderful girls' weekend at the accommodation! The house was exactly as described – very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We especially liked the cozy living area, where we could sit together for a long time in the evening. The location was ideal – quiet but still easily accessible. My friend and I choose to stay here, since it was close to Zaanse-Schaans and Amsterdam Noord. And I must say: It’s the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever been to so far. I’d definitely recommend it to others, who’d like to wind out and relax after a very long day in the city and just wanna feel like home: this is the place. Marjolein has put so much love and detail to make this place super cozy. I really loved it. And the neighborhood feels super safe and there are some cafes close by with a nice view of the harbor. We've stayed for 7 days. The house is perfect for a small family, and for a holidays break. If you like a quiet place, with easy access to Amsterdam, the location of the house is perfect. If you are an animal's lover, Zorro et Nacho, are very friendly cat's and they welcoming you.

Lovely and very homely place, filled with paintings and art, colourful and peaceful. We felt right at home. It a place where people actually live, not a clinically clean apartment without character. Comfortable beds, sufficient space for 6 people. The hosts, very friendly, helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed wonderful days in the great house. The two were always there for us with questions, tips for things to do in the area. The handout with information about the house was very helpful and in addition, the two were always available to us and very warm.

We were totally satisfied with the small vacation home, everything was as described, very clean and beautifully furnished. The location is also great, neither the beach nor the city center of Amsterdam is far away. The direct environment is very quiet and close to nature. Gladly again :)
