As long as you keep in mind the price of this place, then it’s fantastic. Some other reviewers seemed to want a 5 star resort experience for a 3 star price. Nice little studio style unit on top of the garage. No real view, but a great view is only a 2-5 minute walk away. The place served its purpose, and was even slightly better than I expected.

Great host and place was exactly like photos

This space was a perfect location for my son who needed an extended place to stay while we had some construction going on at the house he was living in. Very close to Chapman campus, quiet lovely street and a private from with his own private entrance. Host was very responsive and the space was just as described. Very small but has everything you need to live. Beautiful finishings, great bathroom and cute little kitchenette

This modern home is beautifully decorated with private front and back yards, and parking for two cars. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. All the TVs are high-quality. The attached two-car garage has been converted into a game and media room. Janelle is an excellent host, always available and responsive.
