Located 1 mile away, Belton village has a great pub/restaurant and shop and just a few minutes drive to the next town and villages. A 10 minute drive to Loughbourgh and Ashby de la zouch. At the Barn you will enjoy comfort, space and a bit of luxury.

The Farmhouse B&B

A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

Well equipped lodge in private grounds at Breedon on the Hill. Super cosy and insulated for winter breaks. Great walks, riding if you bring your horse, or for some peace, quiet and self isolation. Buses run every 20 mins in the day & every hour at night, taking you directly to the airport, and to Derby, Loughborough & Leicester.

Welcome to Chapter Two - Melbourne, located in the heart of Melbourne village. The church was built in the mid 1800’s and converted into several cosy dwellings over 30 years ago. The church has been fully renovated to provide an unique and unforgettable stay for up to 5 people. Fantastic range of restaurants, shops and pubs, all on the door step. Perfectly located to explore some of south Derbyshires most beautiful sights, Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold, Donington Race track are all nearby.

Ley Farm The National Forest -The Duckhouse

New for 2023 - we have finally connected the Duckhouse to the Internet ! Situated in the heart of the National Forest within a 10 acre boundary. The Duckhouse is a self contained building ( think large caravan size )within the large garden. The Duckhouse is small but has everything that is required for a short break. There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break. There is a large 24 hr Tesco near junction 13 M42.

Welcome to my bright and airy studio with ensuite, kitchenette and small living space, within walking distance of East Midlands airport and close to Donington Park. Perfect for holidaymakers and airline staff, you'll have a separate entrance and off-road parking. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. Buses run regularly from the airport linking Loughborough, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. Local ales and pub grub available a few minutes down the road.
