It boasts a cutting edge renovation with brand new and modern kitchen, bathroom and living space. The space is filled with bright and natural light. Less than 5kms from the CBD, Clifton Hill is bordered by Fitzroy, Collingwood, Abbotsford & Northcote as well as the 260 hectare Yarra Bend Park. Trains, trams and buses are between 5 & 10 minutes walking distance. 5 train stops to Jolimont Station, for MCG & Melbourne Park. A Visitor's Parking Permit is available for free, unrestricted parking on the street outside the residence.

A sweet, comfortable, private light-filled studio opening onto a small courtyard. Located in the heart of Northcote, only minutes from the High Street cafes, bars, music venues and public transport, this studio is suitable for one or two people. The studio is in the garden, has its own private entrance, wifi, an ensuite bathroom, some kitchen facilities, shared BBQ and outdoor eating setting. Occasionally at night you might see or hear native possums running across the roof.

Rustic backyard cottage in East Brunswick

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.
