At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic view.

Peoco flat: a sunny nest, full of character

Quite fascinating space, due to a tasteful refurbishing, where each detail has been carefully designed. It Is on the second floor, under the roof beams, of a small building situated right behind the main street “ Strada nuova” . Bright, confortable, cosy and quiet. Has windows on 2 sides and overlooks roofs, a canal and an open area. At 1 min walk there are 2 supermarkets, many food shops, restaurants, pizzerie, wine bars…you could not expect more. Two waterbus stops are at 2/5 min walk.

Just 5 meters away you will find a small, very romantic beach adjacent to the Castle. At 50 meters you will find the famous "Spiaggia del Prete" and continuing with a pleasant walk you will reach the splendid "Jamaica Beach" and Aquaria SPA. You will live in the Medieval Sirmione, full of restaurants, clubs, shops, for a special Holiday.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Discover yourself in the heart of Malcesine, a medieval town, in the absolute silence of the Casa dei Merli, a bright and well-kept residence surrounded by greenery with the possibility of taking a bath just a minute from home. Don't miss your chance to relax with dinner in your exclusive garden with breathtaking views of Lake Garda. Warning: there's no air conditioning! Only fans. It is an old house that is usually cool and not suitable for people accustomed to air conditioning.

Located 2 min. from Porticcioli beach, 2 km from the center of Salò reachable on a pedestrian street facing the lake, the Balcony overlooking Garda offers two independent houses with a porch and terrace.
