Holiday rentals with a soaking tub in Northeast Italy

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We really enjoyed staying in Fabio E Linda's place. They were very kind and helpful with good local info and tips. They met us from the vaporetto stop and accompanied us to the house, which was much appreciated. The house was nice and had a very large private courtyard / garden which was a great bonus. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, even though it is only 15 mins walk to St Mark's Square. We walked or took the vaporetto everywhere and it was all very easy. Had a great time.

After we arrived and were settled we were thrilled at the amazing views of the rolling hills. The landscape was breathtaking and the location was quite remote and peaceful. David was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come again!

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

Caterina is very sweet and welcomed us with kindness and courtesy! I was there for work with my team and we had a great time. Fresh and spacious rooms, perfect and easily accessible location and a house with a lot of character! Also, having half a day available, it was nice to be able to use the pool and relax a bit! Highly recommended

Loved our stay here! Patrizia was so welcoming, generous and friendly, making us feel right at home. The place is lovely, easy to access and had so many little touches that made it feel very homely and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were good quality. Looking forward to stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Terrific spot just minutes from everything in Florence! Other reviews mentioned street noise but we could not hear any outside noise during our stay. Luca is very responsive and quick to address issues: a lightbulb went out as soon as we arrived and we received an immediate response to address it. Very comfortable bed (squeaks a little) and hot shower. Would stay again!

Vanessa's apartment is truly amazing. It is about 4 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and maximum 10 minutes walk to Ponte Rialto. Really the whole of San Marco district is within 5-20 mins walk. Vanessa was helpful with advice throughout. Vanessa gave us a list of her family's favourite eating places and this saved us a lot of time, as well as meaning that we ate in unusual restaurants, not those immediately visible to tourists. Perhaps the best experience was an evening in a bar called the Bacarando located down a hidden alleyway the Corte dell'Orso. This bar served very delicious small dishes called cicchetti and we really enjoyed our evening there. The other two places we selected from her list were also very fine places to eat out in the evening. The location of the apartment means that you are never more than about 10 mins from any vaporetto station for whatever destination you wish to reach. I would strongly recommend Vanessa's apartment in every possible respect.

This Airbnb was spacious, modern and as described. The neighborhood was very quiet and we all slept well. The hosts were responsive and check in was easy and flexible. The Airbnb is about 6 minute walk from the vaporetto stop, which you will take everywhere in Venice from this location. This Airbnb would work well for families and groups, with one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a loft bedroom and enclosed bedroom with bathroom up the stairs.

The apartment was wonderful, we had a fantastic terrace, the rooms were spacious and elegantly furnished, and the hostess was extremely accommodating. We had four wonderful days in Venice.

Lovely place, the host very kind and friendly, offering many recommendations including things to do with kids. The place is near a supermarket and restaurants, near the park and places to visit during your stay. I definitely recommend it.

We (7 friends) enjoyed staying at the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She sent us a lot of tips about the area (including the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed something, an answer came very quickly. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

We loved every single second of this stay. It was easy to find the house, and the instructions to get in through the gate was simple. The place is clean and stylish. Giancarla was so friendly, and wished us welcome when we arrived. The house is very peaceful, and we felt like home with the privacy that the house and the garden creates. The cat that visited us daily was so friendly. The air conditioning inside is top quality, and gave us the opportunity to cool us down and having the best sleep at night. The bathroom is a real spa experience, and tops with the nice towels and the luxurious bathrobes. Soaps and everything are well stocked. The pool is clean and has a perfect temperature. Giancarla even came with a sun madrass for us. The lounge area outside has a speaker that creates that little extra vibe. It is 5 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket, restaurant and bar. Only 30 minutes drive from Como. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Giancarla❤️

We loved our stay here, we were in Menaggio for a week. The apartment was in a great location, an easy 2 minute stroll to the piazza for coffee and croissants every morning, with beautiful lake view. The restaurant ‘Divino’ just outside the apartment was really good. The only thing I would say is the church bells may disturb little ones, but we loved hearing them! It’s a great location for ferries to Varenna, Belaggio, Lenno etc. we would definitely recommend this apartment. The host was brilliant and answered any (few) queries promptly.
