This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

We were greeted with a welcome card and a bottle of Finger Lakes riesling. The cottage is in a great location for exploring the area. We stayed for Cornell's graduation weekend and going to and from Ithaca took about 25 minutes. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious. The guys using the sofa bed said it was not the most comfortable but OK overall. The decor was really charming, and I wish we'd had some down time to read the books John and his co-hosts picked out. I highly recommend this property for a family or small group trip because of the convenient and beautiful location and homey amenities.

This home was absolutely perfect! Nestled in the forest of Binghamton, New York, it felt like a peaceful retreat while still offering all the modern comforts. The design of the house is stunning-clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. Huge windows let in tons of natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding trees. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, from the cozy bedrooms to the sleek kitchen. It was the perfect mix of luxury and nature. What truly made our stay special was the kindness and responsiveness of the host. Salamon was incredibly welcoming and communicated everything clearly from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend!

Andy was very responsive from booking to checkout! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard pool looked very well maintained too-we were disappointed we didn’t get a chance to use it. Would recommend Andy’s place.

We enjoyed our four-night stay in this beautiful location. The home was well equipped and our family enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. The house is a few-minutes drive up a fairly steep gravel road, but it was manageable in our minivan nonetheless.

Joan and Leo are great hosts. The home and property are beautiful. Home is very spacious and unique. We had such a good time sitting out by the pool, walking the local trails, and just being able to spend quality time together as a family. All the books were fun to look at and read some. All the art work in the home inspired us to leave some of our own art for Joan and Leo.

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

We had the most wonderful long weekend at this serene Airbnb in Ithaca, staying with my husband and another couple. The space was absolutely stunning — I honestly felt like I had stepped into the pages of Architectural Digest. Every design detail was so thoughtful and elegant, from the furniture to the finishes, down to the little things like the toilet paper flower in the bathroom that made me smile. The home was spotless, calm, and incredibly peaceful — the perfect retreat. We didn’t even need to turn on the TV because we could sit on the couch for hours just soaking in the beautiful view of the trees outside. It was that tranquil. The location was also ideal — just minutes from Cornell’s campus and downtown Ithaca, but tucked away enough to feel like a true escape. And the host, Daniel, was fantastic: super responsive and helpful, with an easy/seamless check-in/check-out process. We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at this house! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, had everything I needed. Responsive host. Needed a place close to Ithaca and this worked perfectly, very convenient!

Susan and Mick are amazing, accommodating and gracious hosts! There were so many things waiting for us upon arrival, from a bottle of local Riesling, cheese plate, baguette, cupcakes, and so much more. Their home is an oasis of calm, comfort and the yard is heavenly. They gave me a tour of the "neighborhood" and so much more. Their well-equipped home is stocked with anything you might need. The outdoors awaits with an abundance of wildlife and flowers! Our hosts had apples out in a bowl so we could feed the deer who wandered into the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We truly hated to leave.

Very close to commons, easy parking, super clean, very family friendly, i could tell every thoughtful accommodation had been made for small children, my kids didn’t want to leave!

Jennifer's place had everything we needed for our stay and more. We would definitely stay here again next time we are visiting Ithaca.

We stayed here for two nights while we attended a curling event hosted by the Finger Lakes Curling Club at the ice rink just down the road. The house was perfect for the four of us: two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. The house also included snacks (chips, chocolates, etc.) that were a welcome addition to its other amenities. Very happy with our stay!

My wife and I loved the place. Quiet, clean, and comfy - exactly what we were after. Jenn and Dean are great hosts, as well.

This home was perfect in every way, from location to the home itself. Bradley was truly one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this home.

Everything that was necessary was in great condition and easy to find. Would have been nicer if it hadn’t rained, but that is beyond the host’s control. If I cold change anything I would make the hallway toilet higher for the elderly who struggle getting back up off the toilet. Very child friendly and pet friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

This is a beautiful home in a secluded, gorgeous location, exactly what we were hoping for. Even then, we were able to easily order in when we didn't want to go out and get to Ithaca for additional activities. The only thing I would say is that the basement is not finished (stated clearly) and for our little ones, I would have felt better having it locked for safety. Overall, our stay was very smooth and very comfortable.

Myself and two friends had an amazing stay here. The house itself is clean, cozy, and updated. The outdoor area feels private, with a quiet view of the lake and convenient put-in for kayaks. A few of the neighboring homes appear somewhat neglected, so there is some overgrowth, but this is a fine trade-off for the solitude! It also gives the place a woodsy, calming feel. The location is perfect for visiting Cornell and exploring Ithaca's many waterfalls. It was a privilege to stay here and take in the scenery, and if you're considering a trip to Ithaca, I highly recommend booking Dominic's place.

This was our second stay and I would move in today. The house feels like a home. A combination of old character with all the modern amenities . The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms are the same. The beds and linens were very comfortable and well coordinated. The downstairs is so cozy and relaxing including a great turn on fireplace. I would highly recommend staying and Jess and Cate were great to communicators!

Will’s place was beautiful and very clean! The beds were also super comfortable. The back room with the windows was extremely cozy and we loved it, especially on the days when it rained. Will was very easy to reach and even dropped off cookies at one point, which was so thoughtful! The place is a quick ten minute drive to Cornell’s campus and is baby friendly (he has a high chair). Also, we accidentally left my coat and Will was kind enough to ship it. We had a great experience and would stay again!

Perfect venue for a family occasion.

Wonderful stay at this lovely, serene house! Stayed 10 days to visit family and attend school reunion. Claire keeps the house uncluttered but with artful touches, healthy houseplants, fresh flowers, paintings, comfortable modern furniture mixed with a few well curated antiques. All of the drawers and closets were empty, so you could feel at home! Kitchen well-equipped. We loved being able to walk easily to the Commons and surrounding neighborhoods. The Cayuga Waterfront Trail and Farmer’s Market is a doable walk/easy drive. Would definitely stay again!
