The guesthouse is just 1.5 blocks south of the magnificent 16-acre Irving Park and conveniently located near the Moda and Convention Centers. With a walk score of 91 and a bike score of 100 you'll have more than 100 coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk, bike or drive!

Beautifully-restored historic home in the Sunnyside neighborhood. With a very high walk score, you're within blocks of restaurants, parks, food carts and more. The home has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with custom closets and wide-plank pine floors. The relaxing backyard includes tranquil ponds, covered gazebo, hot tub and seasonal garden. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate large groups or parties due to issues with noise.

This small house has all of the comforts of home. All kitchen appliances are in tip top shape. It has freshly refinished hardwood floors a full and a spotless bath with a combo tub-shower There is a deck which overlooks a spacious lawn and garden. A hot tube is available on request in the back yard as well as a fire pit. WiFi, TV and Internet access is available in the living room and master bedroom.Your hosts Bill and Kathy Parks are happy to work to make your stay a pleasant one.

A River (stream) Runs Through It

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

The house was built in 2024: 3 bedrooms (1 master) 2.5 bathrooms Two living rooms LARGE kitchen Washer/dryer Stone-Wall Fireplace with a “75 TV Theater: 4x8ft screen display with projector (in family room upstairs) 4k SqFt backyard: Jacuzzi Fire Pit Grill You also have an access to the two-car garage. Park on the driveway (fits 2, but can fit one more inside the garage and leave the other half for storage only). PETS: $40 one-time cleaning fee plus add as “extra guest”
