Holiday rentals with beach access in Northeast Region

Very nice, comfortable, secure and super well located It would only be missing a little renovation of the kitchen, but in general it is very good and I recommend it I would definitely rent it again

This was quite easily my best ever Airbnb experience. The house is very nice and exactly as described in photos. it has an amazing outdoor space, with two outdoor dining tables, a great pool and area to sunbathe, hammocks, etc. it also has stunning views of Prainha beach and the surrounding forest, and we truly felt emersed in the beautiful nature. the private walk down to the beach was very useful and the cherry on top. perhaps the biggest factor that elevated this property was the private chef - Clea and her team cooked breakfast lunch and dinner for us, and not only was the food delicious, but they were incredibly kind and warm. we were here for 4 days and didn't use a car and were just fine - the walk to the beach takes 5 minutes and we used taxis to and from Itacare when needed. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Our period in the house was !! The house is great, all very comfortable and clean environments, first decor and furniture, very pleasant and ample leisure area. Nathielly and family welcomed us very well and endured us during the days doing the shopping of everything we need, food, cleaning and even taking care of our children. The condominium and beach without incredible, excellent structure. for those who want to spend quiet days, without agglomerations. I highly recommend it, everything excellent. I also recommend that you rent a car, to get around the condominium and visit nearby beaches (Caraiva/Trancoso 30min/40min)

Wonderful place! The view is perfect! Ideal for the whole family and friends. We've been super well taken care of! David always responded very quickly. The place can be more beautiful in person than in photos! A unique experience!

The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with air conditioning in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck to access the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rented car and still drove around the other beaches (all close) and took the tour to see the manatee (we saw 4). Nando's beachside bar for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always come back :)

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and felt at home. The house has a bucolic decoration, transmits a calmness, a lot of wood, straw, light curtains, large glass doors, leaves everything illuminated and airy. Large rooms with bathrooms with exceptional showers, with a very strong jet of water. The kitchen is well-equipped, with first-class equipment, although some already have enough signs of wear, as well as some parts of the house, but nothing that would spoil the experience. We ended up not using Mara's services because it was our first time in the region and we went out a lot, but she was always available to help us by answering messages quickly, including with local tips. We even had a barbecue and there is a large brewery in the yard and even a “JBL” box, you can enjoy the pool and the outdoor area a lot. Just a tip for those who go to the region and rent a car, the ideal is to rent an SUV, the region is difficult to access by dirt road with floods and many potholes.

Only good things to say. The house completely clean, organized and comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an unforgettable and comfortable lodging. The very sympathetic and available hosts to give tips from the region and were also flexible about check in and checkout times. For sure if you return to maragogi, we will stay in this house. A stadia was perfect, from arrival to when we left. Aurora was attentive throughout the time we were in her apartment. By the way, the apartment is beautiful and very well located, clean and complete with all the utensils, we do not miss anything. Just leave the building that a few meters away, we are already on the beach. A quiet place and close to everything(in case you're by car). My son enjoys swimming pool and the building and a separate show. You can walk to several beaches. It was three days of rest and leisure. Thanks Aurora, for sharing your apartment .

Amei, everything very perfect. The ap is much more beautiful than in the picture. The view is really incredible. A liz left a portable crib for my baby. I loved it!! It really helped. New Ap, everything clean, everything nice. We had no inconvenience and no difficulty. Gratitude, we will definitely be back.

Second time staying in the apartment. Quality utensils and the site is very cozy. The suggestion I give is to add a filter to the faucet of the sink, mainly because we live the experience of not being able to buy water because they did not deliver that holiday. Alessandra is wonderful, my 1 and a half year old daughter adored her. We will definitely return again to enjoy Barra da Window beach. Visit the site without fear of being happy.

The location at Praia das Fontes is excellent: quiet, clean and perfect for relaxing with the family. The property is well equipped, clean and very cozy, with everything working perfectly. The balcony with a panoramic view was our favorite corner! The hostess was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Undoubtedly a place to go back and recommend!
