House on Preá beach, ideally located facing the sea. The environment is delicate and preserved in this family home of two en-suites (house F), kitchen, very comfortable veranda, barbecue and a swimming pool always at an optimum temperature with showers and a social bathroom. By adding Casa M, the family can accommodate up to 12 people and 1 baby in total. Daily housekeeping included (7-day period: 1 day off) Breakfast at an additional cost, upon request.

The house designed by architect Sallum, with 24/7 security, is 2.3 km from the famous Quadrado and 2.6 km from Trancoso beach. Casa Luminada was meticulously planned for the appreciation of its natural elements, such as lighting and ventilation, in order to offer a modern, clean, comfortable and cozy environment with a touch of sophistication and comfort. Its land is 1,300m2 with 600m2 of built area. It has a 150m2 pool, barbecue area and green space.

SAL&SOL are two twin houses just 150 meters from Patacho Beach (AL). The one you're seeing here is SAL. We built them with the utmost care to be our havens at times when we need to relax and seek inspiration. When we're not there, we rent both SAL and SOL. And we rent both together, too. They are independent houses, SAL with a swimming pool, SOL with a beautiful garden. They were inaugurated in May 2023 and are always very well maintained!

Casa de Tabuba has rustic and simplistic decor, making it a functional and cozy house. Being on the waterfront, it provides a relaxing stay, with the various options of outdoor programs. The beachfront house is in a more residential area of Tabuba Beach, away from the bars and visitor area. Nearby you will find restaurants and pizzerias for all tastes, in addition to the village markets where you can buy items to cook your own meals.
