We love the stay. Easy place to find and with great car access. It has plenty of green space to explore, very large and several places in the area of Coexistence. Another thing that impressed us is that even being within the vegetation of the mountain, at no time were we tormented by mosquitoes or muriçocas. The village only happened a small accident when my son sat on the balance of the playground, exactly when giving the first impulse, the wood that supported the rope of the swing broke and narrowly it was not hit in the head by the wood. I believe that due to the humidity of the place, the wood may have spoiled. I know that accidents happen and still, I would return again during the stay, only the suggestion remains to review the condition of the rest of the toys. Another suggestion is to offer breakfast included in the daily rate or reduce the cost of what is offered on the outside, which was 30.00 per person. We decided to have coffee nearby. For those looking for peace and contact with nature there is a great spot!

I very much liked the apartment and highlight the view that I consider to be spectacular, early in the morning, when you wake up and want a positive energy emanating from the sea, from the morning freshness, and at night with the lighting in the pool. It is well worth the rental for those who want comfort, quiet and dawn the day pouring their chest and telling themselves: what a privilege to be here. Wonderful for what is proposed, for the space that is offered. Perfect for a couple.

The listing was as described and expected from our group. The house is very new and it is beautifully decorated. Minerva was very welcoming and responsive when we needed her. Ricardo was also really friendly and available to help us during the stay with these recommendations. I would recommend it 100%.

The apartment is impeccable, everything works perfectly, all furniture, appliances and utensils in perfect condition, all amenities work accurately, there is nothing to complain about. The condominium has several spaces for leisure, the pool is always clean, the playground for the little ones is always clean and in great condition, total freedom for pets, everything organized and impeccable. The neighborhood is extraordinary, the location is great, for those who like to use Ifood and derivatives. The concierge is always available for any questions or difficulties. Finally, everything is extremely organized, easily accessible and secure. I will definitely come back more often.

Fazenda Pedra do Rodeadouro is an incredible place. This is the fifth time I've stayed there, not only in a flat but also in the hotel itself. Patrícia's apartment is amazing, everything is very clean and organized, the kitchen she created there was excellent. With the exception of lunch, I had breakfast and dinner in the apartment, which served me perfectly and with varied things. The issue of access, I believe, is already known by everyone to be very difficult, really bad, but when we arrive at the property, all of this is forgotten, because it is worth a LOT.

Very quiet and great place for those who want to relax. The house 4 in which we were accommodated had a privileged location in the condominium because it was on the corner, and offered a lot of privacy. Everything in the house is new, so that was great. Jocélio, the guy who takes care of the house is extremely polite and attentive! Point to improve: Make more floor cloths, towels and dish cloths available.
