Modern, DC Row House where you have the main floor unit that has a modern kitchen, an office nook and a back patio. Our place is close to everything you need: -4 blocks to the trendy Union Market (lots of restaurants!) -3 blocks to Whole Foods -12 min walk to Union Station -20 min walk to Cap Hill -1/2 block to Cap Bike Share Note: As of March 2025, a new school is being built behind our house so there is construction noise from 7 AM-4 PM weekdays.
