A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Modern, DC Row House where you have the main floor unit that has a modern kitchen, an office nook and a cozy back patio. Our place is close to everything you need: -4 blocks to the trendy Union Market (lots of restaurants!) -3 blocks to Whole Foods -12 min walk to Union Station -20 min walk to Cap Hill -1/2 block to Cap Bike Share Note: As of March 2025, a new school is being built behind our house so there is construction noise from 7 AM-4 PM weekdays.
