Our apartment "Happy Life" is on the second floor of a two-family house, which was renovated in 2022. Vacation home on 75 square meters, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, air conditioning. You will occupy the house alone and can thus relax. We can provide storage facilities for bicycles. There are two steps in the apartment, to the bathroom and to the kitchen.

Langenholtensen apartment

Langenholtensen 5 min. to Northeim, approx. 5 km to the A7. Known for its half-timbered buildings, the Harz, the Solling and the Ith. On site: Netto with bakery and a butcher shop. In Northeim: restaurants, cafes, ice cream cafes, etc.Cinema, mini golf course, tourist information, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, recreational lake, museum. The apartment has its own entrance. Smoking only on the terrace/garden. Non-smoking apartment! Parking space on the property TV with Magenta TV.

Ihr verbringt Euren Urlaub in unserem Appartement im 7. Stock (Fahrstuhl vorhanden) eines ehemaligen Hotels. Durch das Panoramafenster habt Ihr eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und den Luftkurort Bad Grund. Das Appartement verfügt über eine Einbauküche, einen Eßbereich, ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, sowie einem gemütlichen Massivholzdoppelbett mit Baumwollbettwäsche. Auf dem Balkon sitzt Ihr zwischen Kräutern ( zum selbst ernten) & Blumen auf Teakholzmöbeln.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Free WiFi 1 double bed + a couch for up to 2 more people (emergency solution see photos) Single and double bed possible. We live in the same house, but there is a separate entrance for the apartment. Parking in the yard. Small area, not visible for motorcycles and bicycles

Spacious and cozy accommodation in a particularly quiet location overlooking the Leinetal. The newly furnished apartment is located in a new building from 2024. The apartment contains a well-equipped kitchen with a large living-dining area, a shower room and a bedroom for up to two people (bed 1.40*2.00 m). A sofa bed (1.40*2.00 m) makes it possible to occupy the accommodation with up to four people. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

We offer a cozy, renovated apartment in Göttingen (Weende). It is 4.9 km or 15 minutes by city bus, car or bike from the city. The clinic is 9 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. It invites you to hike due to its direct proximity to nature. It is the second-to-last row of houses to the field/forest. A hiking trail passes by. The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Cozy 2-room apartment in Sudheim, centrally located between Northeim (2 min) and Göttingen (10 min). The A7 (Nörten-Hardenberg) is only 7 minutes away. This apartment, located in the green, is great for a break. With a view of nature, you can have breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 2-family house directly on the outskirts and is very quiet. The nearest supermarket is 1.3 km away. A village butcher shop is located 500 m away.
