Lovely location in the mountains with amazing views. The house was clean and had all the amenities required.

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Amazing far located meditative place. Highly recommended!

It was comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool, kitchen and shared living room were very good. We did not have any parking problems. It was a bit of a challenge that the location was not visible in the navigation, but when we followed Aras's instructions, we had all the problems.

We had a great stay at Okan’s place. The place was easy to find and within the walking distance to all the restaurants and historic sites. There was plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean. Okan is a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate. I definitely recommend his place! Thank you!!

+ Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

They are everywhere, but you quickly get used to their company. 😉

I recommend it to everyone. It was close to everything, we walked to the center in 10 minutes, quiet place. It was clean and a very nice house. We were there for 5 days and we didn't have any problems.

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Located in a village in the mountains, very quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea on the one hand and the really beautiful mountain panorama on the other. There is a large balcony facing the sea and a mega roof terrace. Sun worshippers will enjoy themselves. The place is basic but good. You just shouldn't be there when the temperatures try to undercut the record low - because it's not designed for that. The only surprising thing is the consumption costs, which are additional. 65 euros for two weeks water and electricity are not exactly a bargain. But Elena is a very sweet and touchingly caring host.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything went smoothly, and the communication was excellent – fast, clear, and very helpful. The location is outstanding, especially if you’re planning to visit the Merit Casino, but it’s also convenient for other activities. I was completely satisfied and would gladly come back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

Kyriakos was the perfect host, very friendly and responsive and from the moment meeting him at the check in he made you feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. He also included a huge welcome basket of local produce which went down a treat! The villa itself was stunning, very private and quiet and had great additions to the place that we made great use of. From the pool table, swimming pool with jacuzzi function, hot tub, bbq, firepit and the most glorious vegetable garden, our trip was extra special. There was a fantastic local restaurant a walk from the villa that was great and the owner was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) have just spent a week here and we’re all very sad to leave. El’s place has everything you need for a weeks stay. The house was large enough for us all & the gardens & pool are stunning. We used the outside cooking area (bbq), which was lovely in the evening. We downloaded the Wolt app, which was a lifesaver for last minute grocery delivery or even a takeaway on the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would recommend hiring a vehicle. However, within 15-20 minutes you can walk to a couple restaurants, a shop and also the most beautiful beach. We spent 2 days at Konnos Beach, which is absolutely stunning. I would recommend getting there before 10:30. We ate at Kafkaros Tavern (walking distance) a couple of times, which was lovely & friendly. The pool is cold, especially in April, but it didn’t stop the kids swimming most days. All in all, El’s place is super for a family holiday. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you ☺️

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. The kitchen is nice and spacious, there is a spacious seating area - but of course you are mostly outside. Both in front of and behind the house you can sit, so you can choose sun or shade. The private pool is also a delight to cool off in. Each bedroom has its own A/C., so the temperature can be adjusted to its own preference. What we have especially experienced as a plus is host Yilmaz. He is particularly hospitable; when we arrived, he was present to welcome us. He has given a lot of information about the facilities in the area: where are the different types of supermarkets (cheap or more luxury), where are the nice beaches (quiet or popular), where you can eat well. In addition, he has also provided insight into the history and culture of Cyprus. We'd love to come back!
