Lovely location in the mountains with amazing views. The house was clean and had all the amenities required.

Nice house, quiet neighbourhood, good base to visit Nicosia and other interesting tourist attractions.

Het verblijf was echt heerlijk,in oosterse stijl, en voelden ons gelijk thuis bij aankomst . Het was ook heel goed dat er geen tv aanwezig is waardoor je eerder naar het panoramaterras wordt getrokken , met de mooiste uitzicht over de baai. Alle huishoudelijke nodigheden en service was volop aanwezig. Omdat de host in het buitenland was,heeft ze er wel voor gezorgd dat er een goeie behulpzame vriend/buurman aanwezig was die ons al de eerste nacht bij aankomst heeft begeleidt,super aardige en vriendelijke meneer ,Can, heeft ons erg goed wegwijz gemaakt met alles . Dit verblijf raden wij ten zeerste aan vooral voor de genen die de rust willen pakken in een mooi vakantieland .

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Konforlu, ferah ve temizdi. Havuz, mutfak ve ortak salon çok iyiydi. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Konumun navigasyonlarda gözükmemesi biraz uğraştırdı fakat Aras’ın talimatlarına uyunca tüm sorunları halettik.

Villa spacieuse avec superbe piscine. Selcuk est très accueillant et soucieux que nous soyons bien dans le logement, il est passé à plusieurs reprises nous offrir des fruits de son jardin. Je recommande vivement cette location située dans la Chypre du Nord.

Tatil için Türkiye'den geldik. Hem ev çok temiz, geniş ve konforluydu, hem de Gafur Bey çık yardımsever, dost canlısı ve rasyoneldi. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. çok teşekkürler 🙏🏻

+ Excellent beautiful location ( away from it all ), very peaceful . Very good apartment complex , nice spa and restaurant . Very good and clean apartment. - photos don’t match real apartment at all becouse according to their rules apartment will be the Same category and size but no exactly the same . We got completely different apartment and much smaller , landlord refused to change it and only after airbnb team help the apartment was changed to the one we choose.

Angela ist eine vorbildliche Gastgeberin: + freundlich + zuverlässig + fürsorglich + sehr gut erreichbar + hilfs- und kompromissbereit Die Unterkunft ist top gepflegt: + mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt ist + sauber und aufgeräumt + beste Lage + bequeme Bette + viel Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern + nette Nachbarn Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Minus "Ameisen". Die sind überall, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell an deren Gesellschaft. 😉

I recommend it to everyone. It was close to everything, we walked to the center in 10 minutes, quiet place. It was clean and a very nice house. We were there for 5 days and we didn't have any problems.

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Dörfchen in den Bergen, sehr ruhig, mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer einerseits und auf das wirklich wunderschöne Bergpanorama andererseits. Es gibt einen große Balkon Richtung Meer und eine mega Dachterrasse. Sonnenanbeter kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber gut. Man sollte nur nicht dort sein, wenn die Temperaturen das Rekordtief zu unterbieten versuchen - denn dafür ist es nicht ausgelegt. Einzig überraschend sind die Verbrauchskosten, die noch zusätzlich anfallen. 65,- Euro für zwei Wochen Wasser und Strom sind nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Aber Elena ist eine sehr liebe und sich rührend kümmernde Gastgeberin.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything went smoothly, and the communication was excellent – fast, clear, and very helpful. The location is outstanding, especially if you’re planning to visit the Merit Casino, but it’s also convenient for other activities. I was completely satisfied and would gladly come back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Responderede meget hurtigt ved at komme tilstede ved behov. Ved indtjekningen var der endda sørget for lidt forkælelse i form af en flaske vin på bordet, vand og brød samt lidt slik. Udendørsarealerne var meget pæne og rene, herunder poolen som blev rengjort under opholdet. Jacuzzien var opvarmet ved ankomst og der var havemøbler og solsengen til 12 personer. Den lovede gangsti førte direkte ned til stranden og en badebro.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was perfect for our family getaway. The villa itself is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. There were so many entertainment options to keep everyone happy. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable holiday. We’d love to come back! 🥰

Stayed here as a group and we all had a great time, the pool outside was beautiful and the lights made it a great place to relax in the evenings. Would definitely recommend

The villa was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs, plus 1 downstairs with outside access – very convenient. The pool was large and spotless. Photos suggest the beach is at the garden’s edge, but in reality, there’s a small hill and it’s about 100 m walk. On the other side, breathtaking cliffs and a stunning wild beach just 5 minutes away – we actually liked it even more. We missed sockets and mirrors in the bathrooms – had to dry or style hair in the bedroom without a mirror. No full-length mirrors either. In one bedroom, wardrobe doors didn’t open and there was no dresser, so we had to keep clothes in a suitcase. The balcony upstairs could be lovely, but pigeons often left it dirty, so we didn’t use it. The terrace was fantastic – big table with a view, and the kids loved the trampoline, playhouse, and slide. Beds was very comfortable. We remember this villa with nostalgia and would love to return.

Kyriakos was the perfect host, very friendly and responsive and from the moment meeting him at the check in he made you feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. He also included a huge welcome basket of local produce which went down a treat! The villa itself was stunning, very private and quiet and had great additions to the place that we made great use of. From the pool table, swimming pool with jacuzzi function, hot tub, bbq, firepit and the most glorious vegetable garden, our trip was extra special. There was a fantastic local restaurant a walk from the villa that was great and the owner was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) have just spent a week here and we’re all very sad to leave. El’s place has everything you need for a weeks stay. The house was large enough for us all & the gardens & pool are stunning. We used the outside cooking area (bbq), which was lovely in the evening. We downloaded the Wolt app, which was a lifesaver for last minute grocery delivery or even a takeaway on the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would recommend hiring a vehicle. However, within 15-20 minutes you can walk to a couple restaurants, a shop and also the most beautiful beach. We spent 2 days at Konnos Beach, which is absolutely stunning. I would recommend getting there before 10:30. We ate at Kafkaros Tavern (walking distance) a couple of times, which was lovely & friendly. The pool is cold, especially in April, but it didn’t stop the kids swimming most days. All in all, El’s place is super for a family holiday. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you ☺️

Ons verblijf in de villa was erg prettig. De keuken is lekker ruim, er is een royale zithoek - maar je je natuurlijk vooral buiten zijn. Zowel voor als achter het huis kan je zitten, zodat je zon of schaduw kan kiezen. Het eigen zwembad is ook een genot om in af te koelen. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen airco, waardoor de temperatuur aan de eigen voorkeur is aan te passen. Wat wij vooral als pluspunt hebben ervaren, is gastheer Yilmaz. Hij is bijzonder gastvrij; toen wij aankwamen, was hij zelf aanwezig om ons te verwelkomen. Hij heeft veel informatie gegeven over de faciliteiten in de omgeving: waar zijn de verschillende soorten supermarkten (goedkoop of meer luxe), waar zijn de leuke strandjes (rustig of populair), waar kan je goed eten. Daarnaast heeft hij ook inzicht gegeven in geschiedenis en cultuur van Cyprus. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
