Holiday rentals with a kayak in Northern Finland

Sinikka's place was incredible, we are so happy that we were able to stay there. The house felt very homey and we enjoyed the sauna very much! The location is perfect, away from the city center, with beautiful nature around and a bus stop to the city center or Santa's village 5 minutes away on foot. The frozen river is a few steps away, and we were able to go enjoy the aurora from there with little light pollution, what an unforgettable experience! There is a groceries shop nearby too. Sinikka was extremely helpful and reactive by message. I will recommend this place and host to anyone who wants to stay for a few days in Rovaniemi!

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Työmatkalaiselle erinomainen paikka rauhoittua työpäivän päätteeksi. Olin toista kertaa täällä ja jatkossakin, jos suunta tännepäin. Suosittelen myös lomailijoille.

Logement parfait pour un séjour nature. Nous avons même eu la compagnie d’un Bernache du Canada! Je recommande!

Schöne und ruhige Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, mit allem was man braucht, ausgestattet. Alena war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war äußerst angenehm.

Hieno paikka, vain ulkosauna puuttuu

Mukava majoitus parahultaisella paikalla. Erillinen saunarakennus extraa. Kaikki sujui sujuvasti.

Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä kotoisaan ja siistiin mökkiin sekä kauniiseen ja rauhalliseen ympäristöön. Mökin saunasta pääsi puhtain jaloin laiturille ja järveen uimaan. Vesi oli kirkasta, ranta syveni nopeasti. Soutuveneellä uistellessa saaliiksi tuli komea hauki 😊

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen. Vor allem der Glasiglo war sensationell. Kommen gerne wieder! Die nächste Tour ist schon geplant. alle Beteiligten waren super hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank auch an Arttus Vater, der die Sauna eingeheizt hat und mit dem wir uns toll unterhalten haben.

Lovely spot with nice walking trails in the national park and also from the house. Used the canoe for a gentle paddle in the evening - beautiful!

Kaunis pihapiiri ja viihtyisät tilat. Sopii hyvin lapsiperheille.

Saunamökki hienolla paikalla järven rannalla. Mökistä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Pidemmällä reissulla mökki saattaisi käydä ahtaaksi, mutta yhden yön majoituspaikaksi sopii hyvin.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. We got a Bolt from the city ( €65 each way ) as we did not want to hire a car. We stocked up on food and drink at the supermarket before setting off. The Cabin is truly wonderful, so peaceful with beautiful views. I knew we would have a composting toilet, however there is a very clean flushable toilet only a 3 minute walk away. I thought I would miss having a shower, but found the Finnish way of bathing in the Sauna to be enjoyable. We saw the Northern Lights both nights, dipped in the ice hole, poached in the hot tub, went for lovely walks ( and used the snow shoes! ) The bed was so comfortable we had great nights sleep. I would recommend this cabin to all. We loved it and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Hienolla paikalla oleva mökki johon oli helppo tulla ja vastasi kuvausta. Arjan kanssa kaikki sujui joustavasti ja hyvin.
