We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

I was on a bike trip with my brother and we enjoyed ending our trip here, where we got to use the sauna and sleep in comfortable beds! In addition, the house was wonderful and cozy in every way! I really appreciate the washing machine and dishwasher! The house was located in a pleasant residential area, conveniently located near the city center.

Everything was really good. Easy to find, easy communication and a relaxing environment. Also the sauna was a big plus. We can really recommend staying here :)

A great place for a larger group! The courtyard's canopy is a wonderful place to spend a summer day. Everything was clean and functional.

We rented both apartments in this semi-detached house for Easter. Our daughter's family of 2 adults and three children in the bigger and Grandma and Pappa in the smaller. We were brilliantly satisfied and the surroundings were peaceful,not a long distance to shops and services about, 2km. Outdoor terrain right from the door,skiing, jogging,Frisbee trails, etc . Cute, clean and dog-friendly accommodation with a beautiful garden that you can share. We always received quick answers and good recommendations to any questions we had. The visit was worthwhile for us. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is located in a prime location in the center of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again as soon as possible.

A comfortable-sized two-room apartment within walking distance of sandy beaches, services and activities. Great place for a few days trip. The neighbors' voices were heard in the apartment to some extent, but otherwise it was a very peaceful place. Tuukka was kind and flexible as a host. We would come again 😊

We can only speak of this apartment in superlatives. Super clean, super classy loggia, super large living area, super furnished kitchen, super large bathroom and super sauna. Here you can easily endure it for a very long time. The landlady responds in real time, car in front of the door, Christmas village, shopping center, highway a few minutes away. We can only say that it is worth living here. Thank you!

Comfortable accommodation for the second time! Beautiful countryside and a good swimming spot right next to the accommodation.😊 It was great for two adults, a toddler and a dog!

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

This amazing apartment is located right in the heart of Rovaniemi. It’s beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and stylishly decorated. The hosts were very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I spent a night at Joni's place with my family. It was great . The location is very close to the main area..walkable. Near to market, shops, resturants. The apartment was lovely and was clean. Thanks Joni for hosting us..would love to come back to your place.
