A big lush yard where you can spend time playing ball games and enjoying the summer! From the beach you can catch and in the Kontio rapids next door you can fly fish. Pets welcome!

Rural accommodation in Ylikiiming

A natural location along the Kiiminkijoki river, our yard is in a small and cozy guest house, 33 km from Oulu. Countryside, forest and waters. No street lights. 200 m to the river. Ylikiiming has a lot of hiking trails, cloudberry meadows and berry patches. You can rent kayaks, forest snowshoes or snowshoes from us. Affordable wilderness guide services, e.g. canoeing trips, if possible. Well-equipped campfire place in the yard. Spacious bathroom and wood-fired sauna. Towels and linens are included.

Studio apartment by the river with a swimming pool

Welcome to the city of Santa Claus! This lovely apartment is a good choice for Rovaniemi vacation for a couple. The flat is located close to the Rovaniemi city center. Only 5 minutes' walk to the Christmas Street, malls and restaurants. In the evening you should take a walk in the nearby Kemijoki-river (Kemijoki is a perfect place to see Northern Lights) and then go the sauna. There is possibility to swim in the swimming pool every morning. After that relax in deluxe soft bed and watch Netflix.

Unique loqhouse with lakeview near city center

This modern, unique log house was completed in 2020 as a home for a family of five. The living room's high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows make the living room very bright. The northern lights have also been admired from the sofa in the living room. Natural materials guarantee that it is good to breathe and be in the house. The location is optimal, just over 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the airport/ Santa's village. Getting there by public transport is also possible.

High quality riverside cottage

The cabin is located 30 km from the city center of Rovaniemi on the river side of the Kemijoki. Our cabin accommodates six guests and features: - 2x sauna - A fully equipped kitchen - Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, salt, pepper, and olive oil provided - A washing machine and dryer - Electric sauna inside of the house is free to use. The cabin is 30-minute drive from the airport. Thid is a great and peacefull place to spot auroras. Note that the hot tub is available only from May to September

There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). Cozy guest house with sauna

Come and relax in this peaceful place to stay. During your stay, you can jump from the sauna to the swimming pool (May-September), you can light fires outside at the campfire site or just relax with a cup of coffee or tea. Nearby you will find great outdoor terrain. Kaakkuri's outdoor gym and fitness stairs are nearby. Ski trails and mountain bike trails are also right next door. Two electric adult mountain bikes are available for rent separately.
