Lieksa's jongun River is a wilderness cabin by a peaceful pond, in the middle of the cornice. Great berry picking, mushroom picking, fishing, and hunting grounds right at the cottage door (purse-lacla). The cottage has electricity. Nearby historical and hiking destinations include Rukajärventie, Änäkäinen, jongun river, bear trail, and recreational fishing and hiking area. ask for autumn weekends with a message, they are negotiable even though they are provisionally closed for your own use. At freezing time, there's no possibility of running water.

Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, wooded lot in Kajaani, an atmospheric cottage for 6 people with a lovely wood-burning lakeside sauna. The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large deck with views through the woods to the back of the lake.

Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

I didn't stay there, but 3 other people at our company. And if in one sentence this would be described: “I have to say, even though the stay is not a Hilton hotel, this is a 6/5 story! I have to leave feedback there on airbnb”. So the guests were more than happy with the cottage and the hostess, and everything. If you could give 6 stars it would be. Highly recommend :)

Great place to stay several days. Spacious living room, great kitchen with dishwasher (small, but easy). Great shower in the basement. With good pressure and great working shower head. Location is a little higher in a part of the village. Private parking. Two eateries nearby within a 20-minute walk. The same is true for a supermarket. We had a very good time in the house and would like to stay there again.
