Casas de Guadalupe is a small enclave of 12 lovingly restored historic adobe casitas. This romantic loft casita has a unique floorplan with an open loft overlooking the ground floor living area, full kitchen, bathroom and queen size bed in the loft. If this casita is booked, we may have another casita available! Unfortunately, our calendar doesn't sink with Airbnb. We have to manually update it. Don't hesitate to write and ask what we have available. We may be able to make some room for you!

This is a colorful, bright, cheery private upstairs studio apartment complete with kitchen and 3/4 bath. It boasts a separate entry & private deck with a view of the Sandia Mountains. High speed wifi and television. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the deck and walk to the beautiful neighborhood Hyder Park around the corner. Very conveniently located to Nob Hill, Presbyterian and UNM hospitals, shopping, UNM & the sports complexes in a very walkable neighborhood. 5 minutes from the airport!!

Artsy Comfy Baca Street/Railyard District Studio

You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting neighborhoods, an arts district where the locals live. We're 1.8 miles (10 mins drive) from the plaza & close to Meow Wolf. Cafes a 2 min walk. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay near the touristy plaza-- not us. Also, no TV, but 300 MPS wifi. Our artfully designed cozy 220 sq/ft flat has a queen bed, a well equipped efficiency kitchen, and your own bathroom. Plus, the exterior deck is ideal for catching sunset views.

Downtown Nest Walk everywhere!

I can book one reservation within in a 30 day cycle. If you request shorter stay (and please feel free to request) a 2/3 day minimum is required. The requirement on my side is that I don’t book guests the rest of month. Message for request of dates. A sunny fully furnished two bedroom ( 2 QUEENS, not doubles as listed) with a private entrance is the perfect base for all your Durango activities! Great views, steps away from Main Street.
