This house is located in a quiet area, about 15-20 minutes walking distance to the city center. If you want to go out into nature or to the shopping mall, it is also within 15-20 minutes. The house has a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and five bedrooms with seven beds. A child's bed can be provided if necessary. Two of the bedrooms function as extra living rooms with sofa, TV and various game consoles and exercise equipment. Here is a large garden with a large terrace with a barbecue that can be used.

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Nice location and good bus transportation 100 meter from the house that takes you to city centre. If you prefer a walk to the city centre i takes 10-12 minutes. From the city centre you can easily take transport to get to other preferred locations. Huge supermarket 100 meter from house!
