Liv's beach house is located on idyllic Bøvær with a fantastic sandy beach. Relax in calm surroundings with the sound of the waves. The house has fiber, perfect for home office. From the balcony you can enjoy incredible sunsets and flaming northern lights. Along the sea road to Skaland - 4 km - the nature experiences are in line - white sandstones - sea and mountain formations. Skaland offers a cafe, a great grocery store and a local pub. An easy starting point for hikes in the mountains, at sea and in the cultural landscape. Relax in close contact with our sociable sheep and lambs. Possibility of hiking equipment, backpack, thermos, seat pad, etc. The hot tub is ordered separately, NOK 1200/EUR 120. Booking at least 4 hours in advance. Lambing from mid-April to the first week of May - possibility to see the little lambs and the proud mothers.

The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Beautiful designer house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. We charge NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

Kayaks can be rented if experienced or with lidence. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. Renovated with new bathroom.
