Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Northern Vietnam

Everything was great, Tuan was very flexible in helping us check in early he was very friendly. The location couldn't be better you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, especially on the weekend when you step out onto the walking street, lots of outdoor activities. The house has a dining room on the top floor which is very airy and relaxing, perfect for drinking coffee.

I highly recommend this place, but mosy especially for all girl groups. The space was lovely and had great appliances - a washing machine, plates and utensils and good water supply/pressure. The location is great because you're near a lot of great stores and cafes in Hanoi. The noise wasn't disruptive for our group, we slept well through the entire stag. Khánh was very responsive and checked in with us several times, which I appreciated. My only comment is that the bathroom door is a bit rusty and there is a portion of the bathroom that isn't entirely private so make sure you're comfortable with who you're staying with. Overall, we had a great stay :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

Tôi và gia đình của tôi đã trải qua 7 ngày, chúng tôi tổ chức đám ăn hỏi và đám cưới tại đây. Không gian ngôi nhà rất rộng rãi, ấm cúng, trang trọng và lịch sự. Tôi và gia đình đã có rất nhiều kỷ niệm và khoảnh khắc đẹp tại ngôi nhà yêu quý này!

The location of Thang’s place is right in the thick of the Old Quarter. The alley is full of life with street food and restaurant options galore. The house, which is well-described, has a vertical layout spread out with a small sitting room kitchen on the ground floor and one bedroom on each subsequent level. Be advised that the neighborhood can be loud at night and talking and yelling in the alley generally lasts until 3:00 AM. The house is not sound proof, so if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. We stayed two nights a week apart. While the house was generally clean, the first night, there was a strong bathroom odor. During the second visit, the odor had dissipated. Overall, we like the size of the house, appreciate the walkable location, and recommend Thang as a host. The cleanliness is okay. The noise until the wee hours is a bit much even for me, a heavy sleeper.

Thao and Jun was, without a doubt, helpful and responsive. Despite having several hiccups on our way to Hanoi, Jun was kind enough to help us with anything that we may need. The location of was great as well everything is walking distance. My family really enjoyed stay here.

The room was incredibly well-equipped and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.The location was perfect – it was very good and provided excellent accessibility to all parts of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore. My partner and I stayed at Vo’s place for a week and we loved it. The apartment is located on nearby cafes and local restaurants. It’s walking distance to most places in the old quarter, with good internet speed which is great for people working online. They also offered housekeeping, change of towels and assisted us to book a tour to Ha Long Bay. Highly recommend.

Excellent value for money. Apartment very well located with everything within walking distance. Excellent WiFi and satellite tv. Spacious for 2 people with a usable balcony. Would highly recommend.

Muy simpático apartamento. Es a 5 min en moto del centro . Se puede descansar del ruido y de gente en las noches . Finn es genial. Ayuda mucho ! La vista desde la terraza es verde y tranquila en esta ciudad tan movida .

We had an amazing stay at Blue Mountain Villa for my 50th and although I didn't meet hosts Pham or Hong in person, did feel well looked after through messages and by the on-site housekeeper. The heated outdoor pool is amazing and we loved the sauna and the fire pit too. Lovely bedrooms with large comfortable beds and stylish ensuites. It really is an amazing property. For people that love a lot of privacy and independence. First thing in the morning the gardeners maintain the property with sweeping/pool cleaning etc so there are quite often people around working - not an issue for us, but just to be aware of it. And if you love to come and go as you please, or on the spur of the moment, the main gate constantly being locked could be a minor hindrance to that.

The Airbnb is as good as it looks, we had such an amazing time over 4 nights. There are several social areas both on the top floor in the kitchen and lounges with comfortable sofas. Our group are still talking about how good the showers are. The beds were really comfortable too. We spent my birthday in the Airbnb and when Dao on reception found this out, she organised a cake and delivered it to us. Dao was incredibly helpful during the stay, she helped us to book transfers to and from Hanoi along with a day trip boat tour around Ha Long Bay. We had an amazing time and Dao very much helped this. We 100% recommend staying here.

Lavender is an incredible host -- very responsive and was able to arrange all sorts of services for us, including taxis, private chef, grocery delivery, etc. She also set up amazing Ha Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Jeep Tours, for great prices. The house actually matches the photos. The air conditioning works well and the pool is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. TV and Sound System all worked great for karaoke as well!

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

Highly recommend! Ngân is a great host. She help us preparing for our son’s birthday party. My family is very like her place.
