Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on the lush Northside of Saint Thomas, L’il Gypsea is the perfect place to call home during your vacation. The apartment is situated on a gated almost acre of quiet, tropical land with gorgeous views and walking paths. If you feel like exploring there is a moderate hike down to a private beach. We are conveniently: 10 min to airport 15 min to town 10 minutes to Hull Bay 15 minutes to Magen’s Bay 5 min to a gas station and grocery store.

Decompression Stunning View Relax near Megan's Bay

Decompress in paradise! Grandview, a tranquil 3BR, 2BA, near St. Thomas' best beaches: Megan's Bay (12 mins) & Hull Bay (8 mins). Relax on your open-air balcony & soak in spectacular views. Fully equipped kitchen for al fresco dining. This is an amazing spot! Please note it's best experienced with a rental vehicle. We do have a taxi service that we can recommend but it's not ideal. Renting an all wheel drive suv style vehicle also important for maximum comfort on the island and four our access.

Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink (at Hull Bay) “Fish Bar” is super close too, so good! Enjoy views from small deck located off the driveway (not attached to room but designated for the unit) has a small grill, umbrella, and chairs. Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite centrally located. All races/religions are welcomed. Smoking is not allowed in the suite, or on the property. So if you do smoke, you can do so off Property. The owners, who live upstairs in the main house on the property, are fun loving, warm, welcoming, and are available at anytime for questions to help make your stay enjoyable.
