Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Northside

The place is exactly as shown in photos. For some reason, it was a bit confusing getting here, the 83 address didn’t work on Apple Maps and brought us to a different location so just know it’s the one on Lemon Tree Rd. I was worried as I didn’t see the previous review before booking but I’m glad I didn’t see it because the place was recently renovated, new bathrooms and very clean and spacious. Loved the view from the balcony. The roads getting there are very windy and difficult to drive but worth it when you get up to the view. One thing we didn’t know, St. Thomas tends to turn off the power to save electricity so one day the whole island didn’t have power but I think the house had a generator, we didn’t turn it on we just went to the beach but don’t recommend keeping ice cream in the freezer just in case! Overall I’m glad we stayed here and we had a great time!

We absolutely adored our stay at Fairwinds! None of us were ready to leave when the time came. The view, the comfortable sitting and eating arrangements, the porch, the pool - we were so relaxed. It was even better than we expected.

Birthday trip was a success…. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and Natasha was a fabulous host.

Stacy was very responsive and helpful with finding the place after arrival. The neighborhood melts away when you are in the home and listening to the music of the wildlife. Be mindful that this is a humid and tropical location, so be prepared to get creative with ways to stay cool. 😎

Our 31-day stay was very enjoyable, in large part due to Pierre's responsiveness! The property is dated, and typical island style, as advertised and as expected. We had some issues (check-in cleanliness, kitchen provisions, pool issues, washing machine issues), but each and everyone of these problems were solved immediately once we let Pierre know. This property is fantastic for pet owners (we brought our Mini-Dachshunds), as the entire outdoor living space is contained.

Perfect place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary!!! Everything was super clean and exceeded our expectations. They even decorated for us with rose petals! There were so many necessary items like dishes, bottled water, toiletries, and towels stocked up. There were also covid kits with masks, sanitizer, and Lysol that we were able to utilize as a courtesy as we toured the island. The host was extremely easy to contact and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St Thomas in the near future!!

Awesome Villa! We were looking for a place slightly off the beaten path and this was perfect. The view of Hull bay from the Villa is incredible and beach was a short walk and great for snorkeling. The bar/restaurant behind the beach was great too. Short drive to Magens bay allowed us a change of scenery throughout the week. The layout of the villa was great for 3 separate couples because each bedroom has its own private entrance. Sarah is a great host and very responsive. Would love to come back some time.

Great location…clean space

Chris was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. She also gave us local recommendations and had a cooler and beach chairs available for us to take to the local beaches.

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Amazing stay at Ana’s place! Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants sapphire beach has to offer. Would absolutely come back!! Ana was so responsive with recommendations and help when needed. Thank you!!

The home was exactly as described. The location was perfect, kind of in the middle of all major sites; ferry to St. John and Red Hook wine and dine area are down the road. The home was spotless clean and had all the extras that you would use in your own home. Camila was very responsive for the few questions we had. We would absolutely come back!

Beautiful home with everything you need for your vacation. The home is in pristine condition and very well decorated. The pool area is perfect to enjoy the day and even the sunset. You will need a car, but it is very close to everything. Karen was extremely responsive and helpful with instructions to the house and surroundings including not only descriptions, but also photos and even an app. The house looks even better than in the photos. Loved it and would definitely recommend.

My group of four had a great stay here. No issues with communication and Harold was a huge help for us getting around the island. He gave us much better rates than the taxis. The view from the porch is amazing. AC unit was powerful enough to keep the whole place cool. Bathroom is large but it is outside so there are critters around. No issue with bugs in the house but we did get bitten by mosquitoes in the bathroom. They kept a can of bug spray in there so we started just spraying it around when we needed to be in there. The only cons I’d say are that if you aren’t a reasonably fit person the stairs up and down may be too much for you. You can drive to the top though if you’re renting a car then it wouldn’t be a problem. Also, you can hear absolutely everything happening on the floor above from the talking to toilets flushing. There are earplugs provided but if you are a light sleeper just keep that in mind. Despite that we would still rebook great house and great hosts! Recommend it!

Place is beautiful, and peaceful. definitely will come back. We arrived early which she was kind to let us do the check in earlier than 4pm. Place was very clean. You will need a rental if staying here because its up hills and no sidewalks. Beautiful views alll around. Perfect stay for 2 people

This was the perfect place for my vacation in St. Thomas. Jackie is very responsive and friendly, she will work with you to provide the best possible experience! She truly thinks of the guest experience and has everything you will need for an island vacation. Check-in was very simple and the space was spotless clean upon arrival. There is plenty of space for a family/group to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. The view out the back deck is SO worth the drive up the mountain. I can’t think of any negatives while staying here and will definitely stay here next time I’m visiting!

Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

Mts's was a great accommodation for my daughter and I for her birthday trip. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. We enjoyed being awakened by the roosters each morning. There were several restaurants in the vicinity. We ate dinner at the restaurant called Root 42 bar and Grill located on the resort. We had breakfast at the coffee shop on the resort called Northside Grind. We did walk to Magen's Bay which was about a 10-15 minute walk so it wasn't too bad just a little scary (due to the fast drivers and critters roaming around) since there were no sidewalks. We did stop by the a restaurant/ice cream shop for lunch called the Udder Delights and Double Palms Bar and Grill. I must admit that the food was delicious. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. A few words of caution.........MAKE SURE YOU PUT ON BUG REPELLENT!!!!! I had over 100 mosquito bites on me and it was nothing nice.

Michael’s place was amazing, clean and really felt like home. The self check - in was very simple and clear. Taxis do not go up the hill but it’s okay. The hills were steep but I enjoyed the small workout lol. The home is near so many shops, restaurants, a mini market and a nice little club called Bliss. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.
