Joseph's Shepherds Hut Hadrians Wall

GinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A fantastic place to stay, close to the town an easy walk to the pub but quiet and serene when you want to wind down. The hut was comfy and cosy well stocked with everything you could need. The double bed under the single makes for some entertainment when the person one the inside needs to get up in the night but 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Cow Parsley Shepherd's Hut - tranquil retreat

SandraRating, 5 stars11 months ago
This was an absolute haven of peace and tranquillity The hut was filled with lots of lovely touches Rachael is sweet, helpful and thoughtful My Daughter, Grandchildren and myself loved every minute. the children did not want to leave, some tears shed. They said it was their favourite holiday, where else could they feed the horses in the morning with their pyjama's and wellies on.

William's Shepherds Hut Hadrians Wall

StuartRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Nice & quiet, shepherds hut was compact & cosy. 3 of us stayed for a night and we slept brilliantly, we didn't need heating but we imagine the log burner would of been lovely in winter. All told, a great place to get your head down with everything you need for a stay for a couple of nights or just a stopover.

Ben's Hut

AdamRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Great little bolthole for a weekend away. Basic cooking facilities (microwave, toaster and kettle) but perfectly adequate for breakfast prep. Andrew was great and with a friendly welcome even though we arrived quite late. Great location perfect for exploring and day trips to Beamish (a must!).

Foxglove Shepherd's Hut - accessible accommodation

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Remote and peaceful location but within a drive of many beautiful scenic places. We loved feeding the horses and sitting on the wooden decking eating and drinking. The big double bed is super comfy and the little hut has all the basic necessities. A lovely play to relax and great for doggies. Host was there to greet us and messaged in advance to make sure everything was set up!

Teasel Shepherd's Hut - sleeps 4 family glamping

SusanRating, 5 stars23 months ago
The Shepherds hut was lovely and clea and very well equipped. Location was lovely, off grid, limited phone access. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, horses in the paddock next door. Great fire pit too. A car would have been nice but we arrived by train and took a taxi to the site. Lovely walk to local pub, about 6 miles away. Would definitely stay again it was so peaceful. Great communication from Crabtree and Cabtree

Shepherd’s Hut, Alston, Cumbria

CarolinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Amazing place. A little cozy if you are bringing a medium/ big four legged friend. But otherwise it had all the essentials for a pleasant stay, it was very clean and well maintained. The check in was super flexible, which is a plus, and we received very clear instructions of how to find the place. Amazing views too!

Shepherd’s hut by the sea - Warkworth

LauraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely surprisingly spacious cabin with a private garden! Great little welcome pack provided with usual information and some thoughtful touches like milk, tea bags, coffee and some crisps to snack on. Kitchen is great, packs everything you would need in a small space and we could easily make breakfast and dinner there. In an amazing location that's a short walk into Warkworth village or to the sea and only a short drive from Alnwick and Amble. So quiet and peaceful, thank you for an stress-free stay!

Foxtail and Beacon Hill Farm & Spa

MarthaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Shepherds Hut was exactly as described and seen on the photos and felt luxurious, with thoughtful attention to detail. Chris was very helpful and welcoming. We self catered a fair bit and found everything we could have needed already there. The Hut is well kitted out - down to a bluetooth speaker and wifi is very reliable. We enjoyed the Spa, which is within walking distance.. the croquet 'lawn'.. table tennis and pool. We had planned to build a fire in the 40 Acre Wood and have a cooked breakfast but it was it was a bit windy and drizzling on and off so built a fire in the firepit outside the Hut and cooked on there instead! Because we were booked in on the weekend we could leave anytime on the Sunday which created a feeling of spaciousness! It was a perfect place for us. We love being together and had access to the spa and fun things we wouldn't usually have at home! We d occasionally We d occasionally pass other folk en route to somewhere but it always felt friendly

Manor House Hut, Northumberland

NathanielRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
A cosy base to explore Northumberland. The hut had everything we needed, and the alpacas are awesome. Spent the bank holiday weekend and visited the Farne Islands, Cragside and Alnwick. Would certainly recommend. Top tip would be to bring sandals for the shower room (but it was peak pollen season, and that might just be a ‘me’ thing). Also, the instruction manual is really well laid out / helpful. Smart oven (convection/grill/microwave) intuitive and did a good job - thought worth mentioning if anyone is planning to cook. Kristen was proactive too, which was cool.

Stylish secluded shepherd hut. Perfectly offgrid

NicoleRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had a lovely stay at The Ram, the location is private and peaceful and the hut itself is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with whatever you'd need. The hot tub was easy to get started and heated up quickly, with plenty of extra logs provided at a cost. Thank you to Matthew and the whole team who make sure everything is perfect for us to enjoy. We can't wait to come back.

Runaway Northumberland

CharlotteRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Before booking our stay here, we were in desperate need of a quiet, peaceful getaway. Lauren’s place was perfect for this. We felt so comfortable as soon as we arrived. It was immaculate, cosy and perfect for a night away. We particularly loved the views around the hut as it looks onto the runway and the sheep farm! We will be recommending to our friends and family, thanks again!

Elsie's Retreat

AbbyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Lovely and cosy place to stay! Hot tub was heated and ready for us arriving, and was tucked away beside the hut behind some trees, so very private. We needed firewood for our fire which was available to purchase, the firewood hadn’t been re-stocked on this occasion and within 5mins the owner was out with barrow full of logs for us. Very prompt and kind. Some previous reviews mention the noise from the road being too loud, me being someone who needs silence to sleep and who wears earplugs, I didn’t find the noise too loud and slept peacefully. Would definitely stay again ☺️ Thanks again!
