The Woodland Hive is a four-season geodesic glamping dome and outdoor Nordic spa located in a private getaway surrounded by forest on a hobby farm and apiary. The space has an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue, chiminea and yard. Included is a forest spa experience. Soak all of your stress away in the cedar hot tub and relax in the cedar wood-fired sauna. It’s a perfect escape outside of the city, but still close to several attractions along the Fundy coast. Welcome to The Dome; a unique, rustic, lakeside property. Located on Macpherson Lake, Guysborough Co, the dome offers the perfect setting to create lasting memories. Enjoy swimming and fishing off our private dock or take the paddleboat, paddle board, and kayaks out for a cruise. Soak in the sunshine on our large patio while sipping on a cold one. At night, stargaze while sitting around our wood and propane fire pits. If the ocean is more your style, a provincial beach is only 5 minutes away.

At East Coast Hideaway, we want you to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The perfect escape from the city but still not far from restaurants and attractions. Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.
