All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

We are close to local state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, entertainment, and shopping areas.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property.
