The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Sunny and central in beautiful Aurich

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! The apartment is part of a house, but is delimited and has its own entrance. It is located in the rear, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that has no handrail!
