The Apartment was exactly as nice as described and as pictured in the listing. The Kitchen and Bathroom were nice, modern, and well equipped to a high standard. The Beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed, which has a firm mattress, was surprisingly comfortable. Only, if you are taller than 5'7"/ 172cm the sofa bed might be a bit short for you. The location was excellent. The area around the apartment was nice and quiet at night. Everything of interest was within a few minutes walking distance (Food, Pubs, Shopping, Bars). St. Giles Street is a 1 minute Walk from the front door, and a great place to arrange a Taxi/Veezu Pickup. (The fare to NWI was less than £10, and took less than 30min) Jake, our Host, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, allowing us to check in early, and was very supportive when we had any questions. I would certainly stay here again, and can recommend this apartment for couples, or up to 3 Adults, visiting Norwich City.

Great venue, service and food - highly recommend!!!

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Our trip to Great Yarmouth was great, we only stayed one night but it was really nice to be able to go back with really comfy beds and a nice quiet room after a long day

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

Angie was an excellent host - quick at replying and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed - roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Dog friendly and a secure area at the front of the property. Thank you for a lovely stay - if we are in the area again we’ll certainly be back.

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

From the moment we booked our stay at Deer Cottage, the communication was absolutely superb. Tina, the host, was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which meant we could settle in and start relaxing a little sooner than expected – a lovely gesture! Deer Cottage itself was nothing short of delightful, living up to its description perfectly. It was an ideal spot for some much-needed R&R. Every single detail had been thought of to ensure our comfort, from a lovely hamper of goodies waiting for us, to robes and slippers. These thoughtful touches really made the stay feel special. We highly recommend Deer Cottage for anyone seeking a comfortable, relaxing, and well-appointed getaway. We can't wait to return!

We had a great time at Andrew's house. It's the perfect space for large groups and very quirky! We were grateful to Andrew for letting us leave cars at the house earlier in the day as check-in is fairly late (3pm). It would be good to have more detailed instructions regarding check-in but otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend Andrew's place.

Lovely little stay with my partner and children, they very much loved the spabath. I absolutely loved the wisteria out the front. From the minute we pulled in until we left was great. The house is lovely inside and veryyy spacious. It’s Just nice to spend good time with family in a lovely big space with everything you could think of. Including the fancy dress which my four year old absolutely loved too! My parents came to stay for a night also, and they also felt the same here very relaxed and peaceful, it would be the perfect place to come again with a few more friends to enjoy this place again.

Lovely house, within easy walking distance of the beach. Great space for a seaside holiday. The hot tub and fire pit were welcome after a busy day. Well equipped kitchen, both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and a lovely little outside area too. Dedicated parking spaces were handy too. The only negative point was the BT Telecom cabinet on the road outside. Not the host's fault of course, but it hums noticeably, and could disturb light sleepers in the front bedroom.

The Dragonfly was just exceptional! Everything about it was of the best standard, luxury. From the toilet paper to the bedding. There are 6 or 7 other venues on the White lodge estate run by Victoria but it all feels very private. Yes it is in a very quiet location and you need to drive to restaurants etc but the facilities to cater for yourself are pretty much as you have at home. Coffee maker with pods provided! We cannot really give high enough praise. We had 3 wonderful nights at the Dragonfly, thank you Victoria and all those who do the background stuff we never saw.

This place was an absolute find!!! We booked it to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday and had additional guests for a party too. It was perfection. Every single thing had been thought of for this unique venue. One piece of advice is to extend your stay for the night before…there are so many little hidden extras that we kept discovering over the 2 nights we stay. The beds are so comfortable, the facilities behind the bar are both practical and novel, the garden is divine, the karaoke room and selfie mirror are brilliant, the trampoline was enjoyed very much by the adults and the google system was superb. We are already trying to find an excuse to come back. Highly recommended. 5 Star review from us.

What an amazingly idyllic little spot this is. Some places just have a way of healing the soul and this is one of them. Beautiful little hideaway retreat in the middle of English rolling landscape. The house is just beautifully decorated as well, with plenty of space. We went with a baby and 4 year old and it was perfect. There were even toys to play with :) walkable to tasty pubs and close to all the wonderful stuff North Norfolk has to offer. Jessica was also an excellent host from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bit of peace from the world
