Very pretty apartment. Very good location!walking distance to everything you need!Everything from Vinmonopol to the beach, bus station, train. Shops, pubs, cinema++ Has 1 extra bedroom ,separate in the same building that can be rented if needed. Private undisturbed entrance. Possible for EV charging The apartment has wood burning with free access to wood ,shown you want and like the warmth of wood:) The apartment has an extra bed that can be used if needed, double bed in bedroom, 1 extra bed in the living room Smart TV with options for Netflix, etc.

Bedroom 1: Single bed Bedroom 2: two single beds Bedroom 3: double bed Bedroom 4 (small): sofa bed Living room: sofa and dining table with chairs for 6 people. Bedroom 4 is small and has a door to the outside. You may have to go through bedroom 3 to get to the rest of the apartment. The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Note: on Sundays we check in after 6 pm. The apartment has its own entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for it. But we are quite peaceful, especially on weekdays. We have a cat.

Soverom med dobbeltseng (150x200 cm). Hems med 2 enkle senger (90x200 cm). Dyner og puter. Sengetøy og håndklær kan leies. Bad med dusj/wc. Veranda med bord og 4 stoler. Fryser, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i sanitærbygg. Sluttrengjøring koster kr 400,- om du ikke ønsker å gjøre det selv.

Great 2 floor apartment in Telegata 6. The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking spaces at your disposal. It has 65 inch tv with smart function , wifi is included . Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Street cuisine, restaurants, grocery stores are in a 100-200 meter radius. 6 adults and 1 child Should there be more, please let me know and we will find a solution Welcome to a pleasant stay with us :)

Basement apartment in Notodden

Cozy and peaceful apartment in the middle between the city center and Heddal Stavkirke (approx. 30 min. walk <->) 5 min. walk to the shopping center, 2 min. to the grocery store and local bus. Large and nice outdoor area. Fiber/Wi-Fi. TV with streaming. One bedroom that is divided into two with partition and curtain (double bed 180x220 + 2 single beds 90x200). Private parking space. The bathroom is small and "worn" with heating cables.

Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
