The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Welcome to this unique and quiet accommodation!! In a new detached house (from 2024), the 2nd floor is now offered for holiday guests, students or others with wishes/needs for a few days here in our eldorado. 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The nature here is an experience in itself all year round; with hiking trails, views of Heddalsvannet, Gaustatoppen and the mountains around in all directions. Only 6 km to Notodden (Bluesbyen), 12 km to Heddal Stavkirke and 33 km to Bø Sommarland! You welcome!!

Apartment near the university, in a high basement.

Note: on Sundays we check in after 6 pm. The apartment has its own entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for it. But we are quite peaceful, especially on weekdays. We have a cat.

To like leiligheter i ett hus. Leiligheten har stue med åpen kjøkkenløsning og spisebord. TV. Kjøkken er utstyrt med kjøleskap, 4 platers komfyr m/stekeovn, kaffetrakter og vannkoker. Soverom med dobbeltseng (150x200 cm). Hems med 2 enkle senger (90x200 cm). Dyner og puter. Sengetøy og håndklær kan leies. Bad med dusj/wc. Veranda med bord og 4 stoler. Fryser, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i sanitærbygg. Sluttrengjøring koster kr 400,- om du ikke ønsker å gjøre det selv.

Great place to stay in a central location

Great 2 floor apartment in Telegata 6. The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking spaces at your disposal. It has 65 inch tv with smart function , wifi is included . Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Basement apartment in Notodden

Cozy and peaceful apartment in the middle between the city center and Heddal Stavkirke (approx. 30 min. walk <->) 5 min. walk to the shopping center, 2 min. to the grocery store and local bus. Large and nice outdoor area. Fiber/Wi-Fi. TV with streaming. One bedroom that is divided into two with partition and curtain (double bed 180x220 + 2 single beds 90x200). Private parking space. The bathroom is small and "worn" with heating cables.

Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
