In a small hamlet on the heights of the village of Izeron between Grenoble and Valence, we welcome you to our charming, fully renovated studio, an adjoining barn to the old walnut dryer. Located near beautiful natural pools, the Ruzand waterfall will enchant you, as will the surrounding area, which offers opportunities for walks, hikes, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, swimming, and paragliding.

Come and recharge your batteries in this quiet and authentic accommodation, and enjoy a magnificent view of the Vercors. 5 minutes from the village grocery store, 15 minutes from St Marcellin, 40 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hour 10 minutes from Lyon. The area lends itself to walks, equestrian or pedestrian, starting from the house or going a little further towards the Chambaran forest, the banks of the Isère or the Vercors. Notice to riders: Horses are welcome! A park is available right next to the house.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Ideally located between Grenoble & Valence, at the foot of the Vercors & hills, along the Véloroute 63, our house from the end of the 18th century has just been renovated. It was built following a great famine and financed with 1 bag of wheat... it is steeped in history. Built in the shade of walnut trees & a typical Bas-Dauphiné walnut dryer from 1744 (1 of 2 dryers in the region), our house "in the countryside" has everything to make you feel good and rested in any season.

The tower born from the walnut trees

Are you looking for a quiet holiday in a green setting? We are located 15 minutes' drive from Vinay and the A49, on the hills facing the Vercors and a stone's throw from the Chambaran forest. In our small hilltop village, we welcome you in an old watchtower that shares the grounds of our house. We are happy to share this project with you and wish to pass on these values of meeting and exchanging to our two daughters.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The place is close to Exit 12 of A43 autoroute. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children (no additional people are allowed).
