Very good stay in this warm and welcoming little cocoon, I recommend it.

For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

Delighted with our stay at Kate's place. First of all Kate is a very welcoming and friendly host, always responsive and with good advice. The accommodation is very charming and very clean and especially located 30 seconds' walk from the beach. Quiet and private space. Parking is a plus. We had a pleasant stay in Noirmoutier. Vincent and Kate are very friendly. A warm welcome upon arrival. Very clean and functional accommodation. There's nothing missing. It's very cozy and tastefully decorated. Then there is also a parking space. Would definitely stay again. I recommend it to all future travelers who want to come and visit the island of Noirmoutier.

Le Collet was the perfect place to finish our French holiday and our only regret was that we hadn’t booked to stay longer. Catherine and Laurent were really friendly and accommodating. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The house is lovely, well-equipped and comfortable and the outdoor space makes it really flexible. We absolutely loved the area and definitely need to come back to explore more. We only managed to do one of the recommended walks (though it was 18km and we even saw a coypu - ragondin!). The guinguette in town on Saturday was great, but we also enjoyed having the option of local restaurants we could walk to. We would definitely stay again and recommend Catherine and Laurents place to everyone.

it is a real holiday home, with blue shutters, a large table for large tables, small hidden spaces, a pretty inner courtyard and a very pretty roof terrace, with the sea as a backdrop. We love it. We love it!!

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. The apartment is super located, it is only 100m to the beach. The dunes start right next to the house and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.
