Location: directly on the main road, 2km from the town of Villasimius, 200m from the new marina where you can find stores, bars and groceries. Other market 500m away in the campsite. Entrance from the main road also by car, from the condominium road only pedestrian. Entrance is from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival, return must be by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The house is located a short distance from the most beautiful beaches, harbor, and campground. Overlooking the busy main road, it is in the center of everything! Ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility, just 30 meters from the sea, accessible via a private staircase of about 30 steps. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, a large living area with a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, it offers a veranda overlooking the sea with a BBQ and table for outdoor lunches, a small garden, and direct access to the sea.
