Here you will stay only about 20 meters from the sea in idyllic Røssesundet on Tjøme, surrounded by cliffs, salt water and a real summer atmosphere. The property has a large, sunny lawn that invites you to play, relax and enjoy long summer days. You have your own swimming area with a diving board and a private dock, as well as a Zodiac Medline 580 with a 115 hp Evinrude.

The cabin has two beautiful beaches with sand and rocks. Pier with swimming steps and freshwater shower a 5 minute walk away. (Shared with 8 cabins). The cottage has views to the sea and the Tønsbergfjord with Skjellvika, Stauper and Tjømelandet. The cabin also has an outdoor shower upstairs and an outdoor kitchen. One terrace faces south with a barbecue area and a sea view, the other faces west with a sunset and the sea there as well. The cabin is located on top of Stigeråsen, but still in a sheltered location. 3 parking spaces. Stairs must be tolerated.

Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun by the lake. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large outdoor area invites you and your family to play and have fun. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing gear and water skis). Boat berth is nearby. 2 electric mountain bikes can also be rented. The interior is of an older vintage, but clean, nice and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.
