Wake up to birdsong on beautiful Veierland! This idyllic, car-free island has a very special tranquility and atmosphere. You arrive in Veierland by ferry or boat. There are two dining places and a bakery (6/21-8/3). Several nice swimming areas, rocks and beaches, lovely hiking and biking areas. I run a clinic in the neighboring building and here you can book massage or other treatments. The little yellow cabin has a simple standard, but a high charm factor. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.
