Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment in a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the down side and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal path Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and chaise lounge ( suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and sunny.

It has spacious entrance hall, combined kitchen and living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (3 beds: 2 x 150cm and a 120cm) and laundry room. The apartment is located right by the bus stop with 10 min. bus ride to Tønsberg. It is also close to the sea and with a short distance to nice bathing spots both on Nøtterøy and Tjøme and many great excursion opportunities, sailing trip, golf, guiding for bikers or kayakers, or trips on foot.

Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Tons of outdoor activities in nature and the comfort of a newly built tiny house featuring full bathrom with shower, kitchenette, various good eating out-options nearby, in case you don’t feel like cooking. We arranged for a comfortable outdoor sofa area, and a fabulous dome in a natural foresty area, so our guests can comfortably enjoy nature.
