The apartment is located on the lower level of our home and is completely private. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa in the living room. It also includes a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. Mountain views visible from the living room and we are only eight minutes away from Beaver Creek! Two dogs live upstairs so best to be pet friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful with stunning views, and everything about the place made it hard to leave. We brought our furbaby along, and he had a fantastic time too — the property felt safe and was perfect for him to explore and relax. Shariann was a great and responsive host, always quick to answer any questions and very helpful throughout our stay. We’re still mentally in Edwards and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful, scenic, and pet-friendly getaway!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christy's cute little condo in Avon. It is small, but perfectly set up so that you never feel like it's cramped, just cute. It's adorably decorated, but not cluttered, and super clean. The bathroom was fabulous; plenty of space in the small kitchen, and room and supplies to cook, if you were so interested. It is minutes from the gondola and bus for Beaver Creek, and steps from coffee shops, walks along the Eagle River and groceries. Christy was so friendly and helpful, and made everything easy. We can't wait to go back!!

Our stay in Avon was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and very well kept. When you open the windows you can hear the little river the apartment faces. Very relaxing. Parking is directly in front of the building. It is free, you just need to register your car online. (Descriptions are very easy to follow) The location is great. You can walk to the shuttles that take you up to Beaver Creek and The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Avon is a city with all stores needed. Great location to explore Vail Valley. Our host was great. Very friendly and fast in responding. Thank you!
