“We stayed at Katy’s place for one night in June, and it was absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful spot where we could appreciate nature and that is exactly what we got. The inside of the place was great - clean, with a comfy bed and tons of local information - but the real gem here is the outside. There is a little porch with a great view of the river if you’re not up for the stairs down to the river’s edge. But I would recommend it - just be careful on the steps. Katy made sure the fire pit was ready for us, and sitting by the river on that little patio was so lovely. We would come back in a heartbeat.”
**Avon business license 006744** Private lock-off unit w/its own entrance, full bathroom, mini fridge and coffee pot. The bed is a brand new king pillowtop layered with a goosedown comforter & Pendleton blanket. 3 hot tubs, pool & sauna. Quick walk to Westin gondola & bus.
“Great place for 2 people. Comfy king bed and very clean. Quiet, we never heard anyone even with a hot tub literally right underneath the condo. Christina was very responsive and accommodating. Easy access up to Beaver Creek ski area via multiple bus lines. The bus stop is a short walk (maybe half a block) from the condo and is easily done in ski boots. Make sure to save a little bit of leg strength after skiing, there is 2 flights of stairs up to the condo. Familiarize yourself with the bus routes before you get there and it’s a breeze. Christina will send bus info after you book. We met several neighbors at the bus stop in the morning and they were all eager to chat and offer tips about the mountain. The bus service is reliable and you almost don’t need your car once you’re there, but it’s nice to have it. Also, Uber around town seemed to be about $15 in the evening to head out for dinner if you don’t want to wait for the bus.”
