The Crakenne House

It is in the heart of Novalaise, where our house is located. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops within walking distance, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings . It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette ( swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding... ) as well as La Chaine de L 'Épine (cycling, hiking ...) Ideally located ( 1 hour from Lyon ,Grenoble ,Geneva ).

IMPORTANT: Duplex type accommodation with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, sheets and towels are provided but there is no pediatric equipment, children must be at least 4 years old. Off-season 2 nights minimum. Housekeeping is to be done before leaving, for this products and equipment are provided. Insurance: provide a certificate of stay You will be located in Savoie in the Chartreuse Natural Park. From 1/07 to 30/08 weeks only. (7 nights)

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Welcome to Novalaise in this former carpentry workshop converted into a comfortable apartment. Its geographical location will allow you to discover a region made up of lakes and mountains, green landscapes but also sites steeped in history and culture. You will live to the rhythm of the village near Lake Aiguebelette but also highways allowing you quick access to many sites in Savoie, Haute Savoie, Isère or Ain. Our home will be yours!

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

Appartement indépendant annexé à une maison de 150 ans en pierre typique savoyarde située dans le massif de la chartreuse à 13 mn du lac d'Aiguebelette et à 35mn de la ville de Chambéry, 45 minutes de Grenoble et 1 h de Lyon. Environnement de moyenne montagne (alt. 550m), vous avez la possibilité de pratiquer plusieurs activités de plein air en été comme le vélo, la randonnée… en hiver du ski, des raquettes…
