We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Lake Aiguebelette Studio

Welcome to Novalaise in this former carpentry workshop converted into a comfortable apartment. Its geographical location will allow you to discover a region made up of lakes and mountains, green landscapes but also sites steeped in history and culture. You will live to the rhythm of the village near Lake Aiguebelette but also highways allowing you quick access to many sites in Savoie, Haute Savoie, Isère or Ain. Our home will be yours!

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

In a renovated house above the lake , the view is breathtaking. this 19m2 studio, independent on the ground floor with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant time . You can walk to the lake in 5 minutes and enjoy a nice setting. Knowing the surroundings very well, I could advise you on the many opportunities for walks and "good" plans . I'm always available .

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. You will enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private spa available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults.

The apartment is located in the center of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The turret restaurant is at the foot of the building. The closest beach is 300 m away (land, beach and restaurant). The Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru is a 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 meters away.
